"Very deep colour; clean and bright. Intense cherry and purple glints. Very complex and elegant nose, red and black ripe fruits (cherry, mulberry) between complex tertiary aging aromas like liquorice, coffee, vanilla, roasted, leather and tobacco, with a characteristic mineral touch. A vineyard selection of Otskhanuri Sapere (oh-sah-kh-ah-noo-ree sah-pear-eh) made by the young woman winemaker Gvantsa Abuladze, sister of Baia Abuladze and brother Giorgi Abuladze. This rare and difficult to say variety is sourced from their estate in the village of Obcha. All red varietals grown in Imereti are higher acid, lower sugar grapes due to the humidity of the region. Otskhanuri Sapere is especially known for its ridiculously dark color. The grape is notoriously hard to work with since it is difficult to get the necessary sugar levels. 2019 was a typical year so this was the last grape they picked in the second week of November. All the fruit is estate grown, hand picked and hand sorted. After destemming the wine is pressed and put into qvevri with skins and fermentation starts spontaneously. Once fermentation is completed the skins are removed and the wine is aged in qvevri.

Insane dark color, notes of pomegranate, sour cherry, this wine has crazy cool crispness, medium-plus body, super dry with firm fresh tannin on the finish.

The nose has sandalwood, floral aromas, spice, green tea, and vanilla. On the palate, there's a lot of aromatic wood, cedar, cloves, tea, citrus zest, spice, and a touch of smoke. The spice, smoke, green tea, and wood linger through the finish.

Very elegant, complex, and stylish. Honeyed and silky in texture, with toffee, toasted marshmallow, nougat, maple syrup, banana bread, and a hint of toasted coconut. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor. 45%abv

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is a rare specimen indeed. It is distilled with whole oranges. Further, Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin establishes itself as quintessentially Australian with its use of some local ingredients. Tasmanian Pepperberry (also appears in Botanic Australis and Never Never's Southern Strength) adds a warmth and spice. Again, lemon myrtle makes an appearance as a stand in for traditional lemon. The rest of the botanicals includes several contemporary style gin standbys, like cardamom and lavender. Start Point has distinct notes of red grapefruit along with heady, earthy pine notes from the Macedonian juniper. It is perfectly balanced with warming spiced aromas on the nose. Rich, full and incredibly smooth on the palate, with a touch of earthy sweetness from liquorice and angelica root. The finish is fresh, lingering and balanced whilst lengthened by green cardamom. 44%abv

"Beautiful and lively ruby red colour with brilliant hues. The expression of cassis in this wine perfectly represents the Valle Central and its richness in fruit such as cherries and plums. The barrel ageing length thanks to the toast and coffee notes. Initially it shows its structure due to the strong tannins that ends elegant and juicy. Dominican Republic- Crafted from raw sugarcane and aged in American oak casks, resulting in a deep mahogany color with aromas of earthy sugarcane and vanilla. Flavors of sweet nectar and honey open up notes of oak and toffee leading to a bold finish with a smooth vanilla kick.

France - At palate entry the intensely bitter taste of anise both enlivens and cleanses the palate; at midpalate the zest of rooty/woodsy botanicals make for memorable imbibing. Finishes elegant and smooth.

Run by the Familia Sanchez Altamirano, the home distillery is in San Baltazar Chichicapam in the hills above the Ocotlan Valley. Pierde Almas Espadin is young, handcrafted mezcal made of 100% agave (agave angustifolia). The bouquet is slightly smoky with hints of aromatic wood and wild flowers. Its effect on the palate is complex with an enduring depth of mouthfeel and flavor. 49%abv

If you can imagine the caramel, vanilla and fruity notes of Maker's Mark turned all the way up, you'd have a pretty good idea of what Maker's Mark Cask Strength is like. One of the better regarded cask strength Bourbons. 55.8%abv.

Aroma: Characterised by notes of autumn harvest festival. A rich, resinous quality of nuts joins a crisp toffee sweetness of creme brulee, merging with creamy vanilla. Hints of vibrant oranges & lemons are found, followed by walnut, honeycomb and dates. With water, 18 Years Old reveals a rich oaken, balsamic character with notes of apricot and hazelnut. Palate: silky texture, rounded flavor with grapefruit & orange. Also, honey and creamy malt segue into a warm nuttiness of hazelnuts and walnuts from the Oloroso sherry casks in which the whisky is matured. Hand-crafted by the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio where the Red Ant River flows. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of roasted pineapple & bright citrus, palate of mango, cocoa, dried chiles & a touch of salinity, finish of cigar smoke & lots of fruit. ABV 47. - Producer's notes

Teremana is a premium 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Roasted in brick ovens, distilled in copper pot and aged in American whiskey barrels. The reposado is smooth and rich with notes of oak and vanilla. Gluten free. 40%abv
