Using 100% Weber blue agave, picked at their peak, anywhere from 8-12 years old. The Anejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is spicy and well rounded with flavors of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila is ideal for sipping.

1921 Tequila was founded in 1996 with the goal of producing an ultra premium 100% Agave Tequila and Tequila cream. The agave is cultivated in the red soils of the Highlands of Jalisco. "1921" refers to the end of the Mexican revolutionary war. 40%abv

Aroma: sweet agave and freshly cut herbs with citric nuances.

Flavor: delicate and harmonious flavor, concentrating the essence and sweetness of agave but with a fruity twist and clean balanced citric aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: velvety on tongue.

Produced in Jalisco, Mexico using a carefully selected blend of highland and lowland agave to create a blanco with brilliant clarity, an aroma of citrus and hint of mineriality on the pallet and a very smooth finish.

Distiller Notes:
Ripe roasted agave flavor with notes of caramel and vanilla. Vanilla, meringue, honey, and fruit accents. Straw color with golden hues and medium body. Smooth caramel finish with notes of sweet cooked agave and pecan pie.

Colour: Full, golden yellow. Nose: Almost incense-like, heather honey with a fruity softness, notes of pineapple, toast and cereal. Syrupy, lingering on the tongue like a liqueur. Body: Full bodied. Distilled in the French Alps from Wormwood, Anise, and 7 other herbs following the ancient absinthe recipe. Absente tastes aromatic and intense taste: a dominance of herbs with light floral aromas and a suggestion of citrus lurk in the backdrop. Spicy/bitter finish.
