Refund policy

We do not accept the return (or exchange) of wines and spirits unless they are defective (within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase). In such cases, if the same wine (or spirit) is available, you will be offered a replacement. If the wine (or spirit) is no longer available, you will be issued a store credit. Please note that we need the bottle returned with the wine still in it to verify damage!  

Any wines that are five years or older are purchased at the Buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return in the event that the goods are not in potable condition.

PJ Wine, Inc. will charge a restocking fee of $25 for orders cancelled after delivery or shipping has been attempted.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pjwine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
