For the rest of Westchester area, orders will be shipped by UPS and UPS ground rates will apply.

After two failed delivery attempts and no adult is available home, we will charge $15 delivery surcharge for the third delivery attempt or else orders can be picked up at the store. We don't leave the orders without the adult's signature.

Please also note that we don't deliver to Hotel address or PO Box.

There will be an additional $4 per bottle handling fee if you order items that are not showing on this website.

We will work to have all orders processed within 72 hours (3 business days). We appreciate your understanding if the order hasn't arrived after 72 hours during a busy time (major holidays, promotions and sales). Sorry, no next day deliveries.

Orders with 5 or more cases will be charged a flat rate of $20 for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Any order above $750 will receive FREE delivery in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens regardless of case quantity.

If you require that your order be shipped, you authorize PJ Wine Inc. to engage a common carrier to deliver the order on your behalf. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE'S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.

Your are reminded that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction without requiring the purchaser, the seller or the shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. PJ Wine Inc., does NOT, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, you are strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than New York. Your are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.

PJ Wine Inc. makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize PJ Wine Inc. to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Shipping costs include insurance which assures us that your wine will be shipped in a safe and timely manner.

PJ's only ships to individuals over 21 years of age. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

In case UPS returns the package back to us after two failed delivery attempts, you will be charged for UPS Ground shipping again for the re-delivery. Also note that UPS will not leave the wines without the adult's signature.

Because we have no control over the temperature conditions at any 3rd party carriers' warehouses, we always attempt to deliver wines to our 3rd party carrier at the beginning of each week so that you can receive your wine before the weekend. As a result, your wine may not be delivered to our 3rd party carrier the day that you place your order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise.
- We may keep your wine purchases if weather is not appropriate for UPS ground shipping. In the event that you must have your wine, we strongly recommend overnight shipping to minimize the chances of temperature damage. If you do choose to ship while weather is not appropriate, however, you take full responsibility for any and all damage done to the wine because of temperatures. If you do not take delivery of your wine even though the weather permits, we reserve the right to charge you monthly storage fees in the amount of $5 per case, per month. Because we store all orders separately, all orders under a case in size will also be charged $5 a month storage fee.
Overnight and Magnum Bottles Order:

Store Pickup
This is for orders to be picked up by the customer at the store. All pickup requests must be placed 48 hour in advance (sorry no same day pickup).

All purchases picked up in our NY store are subject to NYC sales tax.

You must bring your valid ID, credit card used with email confirmation. You have to let us know in advance if person other than you are coming to pick up.

All purchases must be picked up within 10 days from the date of invoice. Holding fee may occur after 10 days.

We may keep your wine purchases if weather is not appropriate for UPS ground shipping. In the event that you must have your wine, we strongly recommend overnight shipping to minimize the chances of temperature damage. If you do choose to ship while weather is not appropriate, however, you take full responsibility for any and all damage done to the wine because of temperatures. If you do not take delivery of your wine even though the weather permits, we reserve the right to charge you monthly storage fees in the amount of $5 per case, per month. Because we store all orders separately, all orders under a case in size will also be charged $5 a month storage fee.
Futures
We do not sell wines we don't own, plain and simple. Therefore, payment is due on futures wines at the time of purchase. We are collectors and wine enthusiasts ourselves – all of our wines are transported, and stored, in temperature-controlled spaces. That said, we will delay the shipment of any and all of our wines if we feel the temperature/season is unsafe. We'd rather that you receive your wine later, and perfect, than sooner and damaged.
While we guarantee the delivery of futures wines, many of the factors in the delivery are beyond our control. We do the best we can to estimate the expected arrival times of your wine, but we cannot guarantee any specific arrival dates. Please keep in mind, delays can arise unexpectedly and we are occasionally given inaccurate and/or incomplete information by our shipping agent. If at any time you feel you need to cancel your futures, you may do so. We will refund you the original purchase price less a 10% cancellation fee.
Abandoned Orders (Dead Letter Office)
You will be notified when your wines are ready for delivery or pick-up. If you fail to take delivery of your wine or pick up your wine, we reserve the right to charge you storage fees. After two attempts of email notice for delivery/pickup, you will be given a final email notice. You will have 30 days from the date of this final notice to get in touch with us to make plans for the delivery/pickup of your wine. If you fail to do so, we will return all of your wine to our inventory and charge you a 30% restocking fee, as well as deduct any outstanding monthly storage fees from your balance. The remaining sum will be turned into a store credit for you that is valid for any purchase up to six months beyond the final notice. If we have heard nothing from you after these six months, your store credit will be canceled. Please note – you will not hear from us after your final notice! To avoid all of this, please take responsibility for your wine or let us know why you are unable to.
