Saturday, September 14 - Organic/Natural Wine Tasting
Our first big wine tasting of the fall season will be on Saturday, September 14. The theme is Organic and Natural wine! Thirty wines will be open for tasting, all of which will be organically farmed, many biodynamically, or naturally made. The wineries showcased will focus on sustainability and clean winemaking, with no pesticides, herbicides, fungal treatments, or additives used. Clean sounds good, doesn’t it?
You will be able to experience wines from all around the world in their truest form. No manipulation, nothing added - nothing taken away. The wines will be poured by knowledgeable staff who are well-versed in the fundamentals of organic and biodynamic farming. If this is all new to you, don’t fret, for none of the wines being poured will be too funky or weird (sorry bret fans).
The top New York organic/natural wine importers will be in-house showcasing their wines such as Jenny & Francois, Zev Rovine, Savio Soares, Coeur Wine Co., M.F.W., and RIPE Wine Imports. With their help, we put together a killer line-up that you don’t want to miss!
