Cristom Vineyard Wine Seminar
Saturday, May 30, 2026

Don’t make plans on Saturday, May 30, because you will want to be here at PJ Wine. That Saturday, we have the honor of hosting one of Oregon’s great wineries, Cristom Vineyards! That’s right, thee Cristom Vineyards, producers of some of Oregon’s finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir!
This will be a sit-down seminar that will go over what it's like producing wine in the Willamette Valley, their dedication to organic and biodynamic farming practices, and explain in depth the differences between their single-vineyard bottlings. This is going to be a blast!
Cristom Vineyards, located in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, has established itself as a distinguished producer of premium wines, particularly renowned for its Pinot Noir. Founded in 1992 by Paul and Eileen Gerrie, Cristom combines traditional winemaking techniques with innovative practices to create wines that reflect the unique terroir of their estate vineyards.
The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Cristom Vineyards are elegant, refined, balanced, and impeccably crafted. These wines stay true to the variety; they are not over-extracted, ripe, or overdone in any way. Every glass of Cristom wine is a joy to drink.
Cristom Vineyards is also committed to sustainable farming practices. The estate has been certified sustainable by LIVE (Low Input Viticulture and Enology) since 2007. This certification underscores Cristom’s dedication to environmental stewardship, which includes reducing synthetic inputs, protecting natural resources, and promoting biodiversity. In recent years, Cristom has begun transitioning to Biodynamic farming, further emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and ecological health.
