Hot pink in hue, the 2024 Dry Ros?? Nutt Road Vineyard is what Cabernet Franc Ros?? is all about. Ripe strawberry, red licorice, hard candy, tobacco leaf, lavender and a green herbaceous tilt lend tons of nuance and varietal character to this layered, especially vinous Ros??. It really explodes through the mid-palate and finish. I wouldn?????t hesitate to give this some time in the cellar, but it?????s suave and sophisticated today, with generous weight and hefty structure to burn. Impressive.

ripe, vibrant and structured. Spiced red fruit and almonds rush across the palate, supported by energetic acidity and a bit of grip that pleasantly tugs at the cheeks. This is a fine example of classically styled Provenal Rose.

The production secrets and the vinification method of this cuvee go back to the origins of the House of BILLECART-SALMON and have been handed down for seven generations. The Brut Rose is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine.

These were the last grapes arriving at the cellar. They were sourced from Rui Paiva, nephew and neighbor of our friend, Prof. Fernando Paiva, in the nearby town of Lixa. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and moved to a stainless-steel tank to start a pellicular macerarion for three days at 4C. At this point 500gm/kg of ground chestnut flowers are added and mixed into the mass and the grapes are then pressed and returned to the stainless-steel tank for the fermentation to start and dept at 15ºC. Before the fermentation ends the unfinished wine is racked and bottled with 18g/l of residual sugar for the fermentation to finish in the bottle. It is not disgorged and has the natural sediments left in the bottle. There was no SO2 added to this Pet Nat!

Derived from 100% Pinot Noir from the limestone/clay soils of Sancerre. This wine was vinified in stainless steel and rested on the lees for six months; this adds depth and complexity. This Rose is pale pink in color and is electric on the palate with an almost tonic quality that quenches the thirst and keeps you coming back for more. Aromatically vibrant with elegant notes of wild strawberry and citrus, this is an unbeatable summer sipper.

A dark cherry color implies the fullness that is to come on the palate. Round with a full mouth feel displaying sour cherry and raspberry notes with the subtlest note of garrigue. This is one serious rose. No estate expresses the salt-kissed limestone-driven terroir of the idyllic Provencal seaside village of Cassis like Domaine du Bagnol, and the current generation, Sebastien Genovesi, crafts a rose of scintillating energy, chiseled calcareous musculature, and gleaming red fruits. Comprising 45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvedre, Bagnol?????s Cassis Rose is pressed directly and rapidly (in under two hours) to extract as little color as possible, and the bottled wine (certified organic) contains only 10 milligrams per liter of total sulfur?a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of texture and intense evocation of limestone. A beautiful salmon color dry rose from the native Greek variety Limniona. Red fruit dominates, cranberry and wild-strawberry, with a delicate floral aspect. Very fresh and lively on the palate with a tart dry finish. This is hard not to like.

This is the best bargain ros?? we have this year! Delicate and pretty with lively fresh fruit notes that will have you thirsting for more. The wineries vineyards are on an island in the middle of the Rhone river, how cool is that? The main varieties are Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, and Arinarnoa (a cross between Merlot and Petit Verdot). The ros?? harvest undergoes a short skin maceration with complete control of process timing, producing a ros?? exclusively from free-run juice.

"Founded in 1927, Domaine Isle Saint Pierre is located on a small island in the Rhone River. It is run today by fourth generation vigneron Julien Henry.

The proximity to the water provides a cooling influence that allows the wines to retain great freshness even in the far south of France, and deep well-draining sedimentary soils comprised of sand and silt.

Because of the terroir and temperature, they are able to grow varietals that thrive in a Continental climate, such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

In 2018, the estate received the Vignerons Developpement Durable certification in recognition of their commitment to sustainable winegrowing.

Although the Isle Saint Pierre wines come from the very southern stretches of France, they display wonderful freshness and aromatic appeal. At harvest, as soon as the grapes enter the cellar, they are cooled to a temperature below 16??C.

Cherry red with rich purple highlights, R??don boasts a complex mosaic of well-defined, very fragrant aromas. Seductive notes of wild rose are the first to emerge, followed by nuances of wild strawberry and redcurrant that linger and complete an elegant bouquet. The palate displays an emphatic crispness and full body, the happy result of a perfect balance between ultra-savoury flavours and a tasty minerality, characteristics that are classic to this terroir, and excellent supporting tannins and acidity. This is crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc from Chinon in the Loire Valley, France. This has always been a fan favorite here at PJ Wine. Medium-bodied, crisp, and quite interesting. The Cabernet Franc supplies a fuller texture and length. A very good alternative to those who are tired of Provence. This is an amazing value for anyone looking for a bistro-style rose.

Light orange-pink. Spice-accented strawberry, tangerine and floral scents are complemented by a subtle herbal nuance. Taut red berry and orange zest flavors show fine definition and firming back-end cut. The strawberry note lingers on the nicely persistent finish, which features a hint of fennel.

The Guilhem is airy and breezy, with the grace that makes it a real charmer. This pale-colored, beautifully textured Rosé is impeccable in its balance. Pretty floral notes fill out the mid-palate effortlessly. Despite its light color, the 2022 offers plenty of depth and tons of stylish appeal.

The 2024 Rosado Muga, from Alto Najerilla, was aged for 16 weeks on lees. Pale pink, with cherry and mild sour cherry aromas accented by rose petals, it's light and fresh with malic acidity. Expressive and lively, this is a crisp, uncomplicated Ros??


What stands out in the Muga Rosado 2024 vintage is its pale, rose-pink color. It is very intense and complex on the nose, with an initial gush of peach, strawberry and white blossom notes. On the palate, it proves a wine with very well-integrated acidity, volume, balanced fruit and a very long finish. In the aftertaste, we can detect stone fruit and also citrus nuances. - Winery

The bright ros 2024 Rosado is young and fruit-driven, with freshness despite being from the third dry and warm vintage in a row when they got very low yields. It's pure Garnacha from free-run juice with 12.5% alcohol, with notes of roses and wild herbs, a little reductive, with a soft palate, balanced and clean. It's closed with a screw cap. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024. Olivares has achieved organic certification. They have 275 hectares, 110 of them ungrafted Monastrell and the rest Monastrell, Syrah and Garnacha.

A light, delicate pink hue with a lively effervescent palate. Fruit forward and delicious without being sweet.

An intriguing ros that conceals the soul of a white wine in its purity and transparence. A splash of Monastrell imparts a special complexity and elegance to Ravents cuve de Nit, though the classic mineral freshness of this revered Cava house is untouched. A wonderful selection for special occasions with delicate sandwiches, sliced ham, and young cheeses. This wine is made up of the traditional Cava varieties with a touch of Monastrell. The hand-harvested grapes are assembled and secondary fermentation occurs in bottle, which rests for at least 15 months before disgorgement.

The 2020 Intens Rosat was produced exclusively with Monastrell (as they couldn't use the Garnacha that was lost in that year of mildew) that macerated with the skins for six hours and aged in oak barrels for a short time. It was put to referment in bottle closed with a cork with concentrated organic must and was disgorged after 31 months. This is their youngest wine, and it has an intense pink color (a little paler than in earlier vintages). But going beyond the color, it has the subtle aromas from the red grape (translucent red berries) and is a gastronomical ros?? with a balanced palate and abundant small bubbles. It has 11% alcohol, a pH of 3.21 and 4.5 grams of acidity from the year of rain and mildew (and Covid!) that delivered very low yields. Very tasty.

Recaredo?????s uncompromisingly vinous, deeply colored sparkling ros?? is produced from fully ripe Monastrell and Garnacha, pressed slowly and given six hours of skin-maceration, and given five years of lees aging. Bright, sappy, and bursting with salt-flecked fruit, this wine simultaneously expresses the verve of the vintage and the solar imprint of the terroir. If most still ros?? from the French stretch of the sea straitjackets itself with overcropping, sulfur, and a rush to bottling (that salmon color so beloved by the market requires some coercion), ?????Intens????? expresses the full luscious heat of the Mediterranean in typically Recaredo-esque visceral fashion, yet it remains scintillatingly vibrant and refreshing to drink.

Josep Mata Capellades founded Cavas Recaredo in 1924, naming the domaine in honor of his father, Recaredo Mata Figueres. Josep Mata Capellades built the cellars in his house, in the historic centre of Sant Sadurn?? d'Anoia. Parts of the cellars are now over 80 years old and have been conserved in their original form.

Recaredo is a pioneer in the production of totally dry cavas, in working with oak barrels and in longer-aged cavas. Cavas Recaredo is currently managed by Josep and Antoni Mata Casanovas, the sons of its founder, with Ton Mata actively involved and representing the succeeding generation.Recaredo owns forty-six hectares of vineyards in the Alt Penedes district planted primarily to the Xarello, Macabeu and Parellada grape varieties, with smaller amounts of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Monastrell (Mourvedre).

Viticulture at Recaredo is based solely on dry farming; no herbicides or pesticides are used and only organic fertilizers are applied when necessary; grapes are harvested manually; and, production is limited to cavas that are completely dry. The estate strictly follows an organic viticulture regime.Vinification is carried out entirely at the Recaredo cellars in Sant Sadurn?? d'Anoia. The musts from the oldest Xarello vines ferment in oak barrels, which give structure and greater complexity for longer-aged cavas. Some of the base wine is aged in oak barrels for some months. This wine will be used to add greater finesse and structure to the final blending. At Recaredo, the wines are aged in-bottle in continuous contact with the second fermentation lees; the bottles are closed with 100% natural cork stoppers. Disgorging is carried out on an exclusively manual basis, at the cellars' natural temperature, without freezing the necks of the bottles, a process that produces the most natural product possible. Vinified from 100% Pinot Noir of fifteen year old vines. Direct pressing of the grapes and cold settled for 24-48 hours, fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees in stainless steel and bottled the Spring following harvest. The wine displays a gorgeous cherry hue, red fruit and white blossom aromatics, and a medium-bodied texture on the palate. This dry Rose is the perfect aperitif!

The Txueka family is one of the most historic and important in Getaria. I??aki Txueka was the leader of the movement to revitalize Txacoli from Getaria, beginning in 1980. In 1989, he was a leader in founding D.O. Getariako Txakolina. The family has been working in this zone for centuries, proven by documentation from Txomin Etxaniz dating back to 1649.

100% Hondarrabi Beltza. Harvest is done by hand and transported to the winery in 20 kg boxes. At the winery the grapes undergo further selection. This is followed by rose vinification at controlled temperature. Mature the skin with the juice between 12-15 hours , pneumatic pressing in an inert atmosphere, the fermenting at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maceration occurs between 8 to 10 hours before pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation. The winery performs selection of the grapes for only the healthiest bunches. The grapes are cold macerated for 15 hours followed by destemming and a closed pneumatic press. Temperature controlled fermentation by selected indigenous yeast. 6 months in stainless steel sur lie, with battonage.

Winemaker Notes:
"Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. Strikingly pale pink in color, the aromas are fresh and fruity. On the palate, it is bone dry through the finish. The name really suits the delicate nature of this wine."

After a soft de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are left macerating for 10 hours, and the free-run juice (locally called ?????flor?????) ferments for a few weeks in tanks. Temperatures do not exceed 16 ??C in order to keep the maximum of the primary grape aromas, youthfulness, and freshness. The wine is bottled after light (vegan-certified) fining and filtration, with a small addition of sulfur. 13% abv
