Mezcal

Agua Magica is a premium, sipping mezcal. It has aromas of cooked maguey, subtle smoke, bananas, and almonds. On the palate are fresh herbal notes along with cooked maguey, banana, almond, and caramel. It is soft and easy to drink. 40%abv

Bosscal Mezcal Joven is hand selected and produced by a 4th generation Mezcalero. Bosscal adheres to traditional, artisanal craftsmanship using no chemical products or any manipulations so that the spirit reflects only the essence of the high quality agave. The joven is lightly smoky, very crisp and smooth with citrus and blood orange with a balance of sweetness and tartness. Organic. 42%abv

Hand-crafted in the village of Las Milpas overlooking rolling pastures and nestled among cornfields. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of slate and tropical fruit, palate of citrus, lavender and pea shoots, with a long dry finish. ABV 46. - Producer's notes

Hand-crafted in the village of Santa Catarina Minas from a palenque with a long view of the flat, open, treelined valley. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in ancestral ancestral clay stills with bamboo tubing. A nose of granite and fig, palate of citrus, honey and green herbs. ABV 50. - Producers Notes

Hand-crafted on a steep hillside in the high mountain village of Santo Domingo Albarradas bordering a lush cloud forest. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Light nose with lots of dry citrus, a palate of tropical fruit with a bit of roasted pear and salinity and a clean dry finish. 48%abv - Producer's notes

A blend of Espadin agave, hand-selected from hillsides in Oaxaca. Dos Hombre displays an appealing fragrance, rich taste and distinctive smoothness. Aromas and palate notes of apple, mango, wood, smoke and some salinity on the finish. 42%abv

El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin and is handmade in small batches. It is crafted to express extra bold flavors with the intention of creating a mezcal ideal for mixology, able to stand up to creative cocktail ingredients.

Gracias a Dios Tepextate is made with 25-year old wild agave. Tepextate is a wild maguey species known for its spicy, herbal characteristics and complexity. The Gracias a Dios is a lighter style yet still classic Tepextate. 45%abv

Aged for 6 months in medium-charred American Oak. Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate. Velvety throughout. An exceptional drinking mezcal. 40%abv

Los Amantes mezcal is an artisanal spirit made from 100% agave grown in Oaxaca [wah-ha-cah], Mexico's premium mezcal region. Los Amantes translates to The Lovers and It is considered by some to be one of the best mezcals from Oaxaca. The nose has tobacco, honey, roasted corn, cinnamon and pepper. The palate is smooth with woody flavors and sweet nuances that linger.

One of the most popular and best known Mezcals, famously containing a single specimen of the worm that lives in the agave plant. Monte Alban is named for a mountaintop settlement in Oaxaca, Mexico known for its agave plants, both cultivated and wild. Palate is smoky, earthy and on the light side.

Piedre Almas Tepextate is made from 100% wild agave Tepextate, which takes up to 25 years to mature. The labels are hand-printed on 100% acid-free, handmade paper derived from fibers that are indigenous to the region. It is extraordinarily complex with flavors of chocolate, bananas and pumpkin pie. There is a long viscous finish. The ABV of 55% is the highest allowed in Mexico.

The Scorpion Mezcal Reposado is artisan made in small batches in Oaxaca, Mexico, with a real scorpion in every bottle. Golden is color with lanolin and honey aromas. A soft round entry leads to a dry light-to-medium body with honey, grassy herbs, flax, caramel, salt, light spice. Finishes dry with a honeyed oak barrel note.
