Bosscal Mezcal Joven is hand selected and produced by a 4th generation Mezcalero. Bosscal adheres to traditional, artisanal craftsmanship using no chemical products or any manipulations so that the spirit reflects only the essence of the high quality agave. The joven is lightly smoky, very crisp and smooth with citrus and blood orange with a balance of sweetness and tartness. Organic. 42%abv

VIDA de San Luis Del Rio is an artisanal, organic, value priced Mezcal from Del Maguey. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills. It has fruity aromatics with hints of honey, vanilla and roast agave. The palate offers ginger, cinnamon, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. Los Vecinos Del Campo honors centuries old distilling traditions of Oaxaca and the people whose families have produced these rich spirits for generations. After growing & maturing for 7- 20 years, the local grown agave is harvested by hand. The agave hearts are then slow-roasted underground for 4-7 days to develop the sultry, smoky-sweet flavor profile. After roasting, the pinas are crushed using a stone molino, then naturally fermented in a wooden vat for 7-15 days- depending on time of year. These artisanal mezcals are then double distilled using copper pot stills. The end products are sophisticated yet wild mezcals of the highest quality that taste of the generations of expertise behind them.
