First Japanese gin, made in Kyoto
KI NO BI ("The Beauty of the Seasons") is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Bottled at 45.7% abv, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi.

Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, we separate the botanicals in our gin into 6 Elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Fruity & Floral, and distil each category individually. Then we blend them in perfect harmony to create the distinctive KI NO BI flavour. - Producer's notes

Japan- Blended whiskey with great balance and fine velvet texture. Golden-amber in color. Aromas of flowers, fresh fruits, and light cask notes. The palate is fruity and full-bodied with winter spice notes, light hints of caramel, and notable fruity taste. Long finish with oak accents.

Aroma: Tropical fruit salad and whipped cream

Palate: Strap yourself in ?€? this is spectacular - Pineapple and mango punch up instantly, then vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce lift this dessert of a dram even higher. Pair with a light cigar or a small charcuterie board.

Cask Maturation: 100% European virgin white oak

Japan- This clear gold spirit features aromas of basil, green apple, and honey. On the palate it highlights grapefruit, more green apples, peppermint, and thyme. Finishes subtly sweet and spicy with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger. Smooth and versatile overall.

A classic style single malt, with a hint of peat and a nice balance of maltiness. 43%abv
