Nose: Rounded and subtly smoky (applewood), with creamy toffee, aniseed and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg’s classic fragrance: lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. Palate: A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg and cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Long and sweet, with floral overtones and malty, biscuit notes. Finish: Lingering, seductive, gentle yet intense, with flavours of aniseed, hickory and distant subtle smoke. 46% abv - Rich and Peaty -

This 100% blue agave tequila anejo is aged for five years in new French oak barrels. This creates a round, full-bodied taste that critics have compared to an aged cognac or Armagnac. It is best served in a snifter.

The nose is sweet, delicate, honey-like. On the palate more honey with vanilla, buttercream and toffee, yielding to a smooth, caramel finish.

Distiller's note:
Crafted from our El Platino, our La Rosa is a tequila like no other and was awarded a Gold Medal by Tasting Panel magazine. Once a final filtration is completed, the tequila is then rested (reposado) for 3 months in previously used French oak casks, and is the first Bordeaux wine barrel-rested tequila in the world. The Bordeaux resting imparts the natural pink color and gives the Reposado a subtly sweet finish. The result is an unparalleled experience in taste.

Crafted from specially-selected 100% blue agave, the Silver is the foundation for their aged tequilas. Through a proprietary process of multiple distillations and filtration Asombroso achieves balance and enhanced flavor while eliminating harshness. Asombroso El Platino is excellent for sipping or mixing.

The nose exhibits zesty scents of fennel, anise and dried herbs; aeration brings out elements of chocolate, agave, olive and rye bread. Palate entry is peppery and sharp, followed by mid-palate flavors of sweet pepper and ripe agave; finishes toasty and mellow.

Nose: creme brulee with a burst of citrus and nuttiness, and a touch of green leaf. Palate: smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime. Finish: gingery and slightly drying with a pleasant lingering nuttiness. 40% abv - Fresh Fruit and Vanilla -

This whisky was matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks made of American white oak. The whisky absorbs predominantly vanilla, caramel and coconut notes from the casks along with the oak spice. 40% abv - Fresh Fruit and Vanilla -

Aviation is a craft gin from Portland, Oregon. It uses seven botanicals - cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel - with the juniper more in the background campared to other gins. 97 pts. - Wine Enthusiast

France- A blend 27 plants and spices which come from around the world are used in making this liquor. Angelica, hyssop, juniper, myrrh, saffron, aloe, arnica, cinnamon are among them, though the full list is a secret. It is distilled in copper stills and then aged in oak casks.

Puerto Rico- Allowed to rest for up to two years in charred oak barrels to develop a smooth flavor and amber color. Mellow and slightly aromatic with a balance of walnuts, spices and tropical fruit. Has a full body and a subtle, woody flavor; finishes soft. Nice in cocktails.
