For close to 200 years, the Cortes family has been growing, foraging and distilling the maguey in the Zapotec town of Santiago Matatlan, 30 miles southeast of Oaxaca City. This anejo is made with Espadan agave, distilled and matured for over 18 months in American oak barrels and bottled at an approachable 44.9% ABV.
Lovely notes of smoke, caramel and cocoa on the nose, with a generous warmth on the palate. Finishes with lingering flavors of nuts and orange peel.

Agua Magica is a premium, sipping mezcal. It has aromas of cooked maguey, subtle smoke, bananas, and almonds. On the palate are fresh herbal notes along with cooked maguey, banana, almond, and caramel. It is soft and easy to drink. 40%abv

Bosscal Mezcal Joven is hand selected and produced by a 4th generation Mezcalero. Bosscal adheres to traditional, artisanal craftsmanship using no chemical products or any manipulations so that the spirit reflects only the essence of the high quality agave. The joven is lightly smoky, very crisp and smooth with citrus and blood orange with a balance of sweetness and tartness. Organic. 42%abv

Balanced and elegant. Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish. 40%abv
