PRODUCER NOTES
Amarula Cream Liqueur is a delicious blend of the unique flavors of the marula fruit including chocolate, caramel, and a hint of butterscotch. On the open plains of the African veld grows a tree, untamed by man. It is the Marula Tree, and its exotic fruit is at the heart of Amarula Cream, the perfect blend of fresh cream and the distilled Marula fruit. A drink with a distinctive, exciting and sophisticated taste.

This beautiful crystal clear spirits is soft, clean, and creamy with a silky mouth-feel and offers an excellent mix ability in a variety of cocktails.

Puerto Rico- Allowed to rest for up to two years in charred oak barrels to develop a smooth flavor and amber color. Mellow and slightly aromatic with a balance of walnuts, spices and tropical fruit. Has a full body and a subtle, woody flavor; finishes soft. Nice in cocktails.

Puerto Rico- Medium-bodied black rum aged in heavily charred oak barrels then filtered through blend of charcoals. Flavors of tropical fruit, caramel, and vanilla. Smoky, sweet finish. Perfect in a cocktail or as a shot.

Puerto Rico- Clear, light and smooth with a silky finish and nutty flavors. Bacardi makes this rum using distilled sugar cane molasses. The mixture is then double-filtered through charcoal. Extremely mixable.

A beautifully smooth, sweet Dominican rum from Ron Barceló, Gran Añejo is a perfect mixer and works tremendously well in a variety of dark rum cocktails, or you could just have it with a few ice cubes and a squeeze of fresh lime.
