Inspired by the cider tradition in the Basque Country, we wanted to make a dry, wildly natural cider with beautiful acidity, and we were excited to see what spin New York apples would give to this style of cider. We discovered that the incredible acidity of New York apples really packs a punch, in the true spirit of Brooklyn! Our Raw cider is fresh and mouth puckering with crisp green apple and citrus aromas. Raw undergoes three fermentations with wild and wine yeasts, making it an earthy cider remarkably expressive of its terroir. It is aged on the lees for a minimum of 6 months. -Brooklyn cider House

Winemaker Notes:
This Reserva wine is red with violet notes. Its earthy bouquet is complemented by fresh fruit, black cherries, spices and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is smooth and fresh with prunes and black pepper and robust, silky tannins.

A red blend which shows red currant, plum and peppercorns on the nose while the youthful palate is rich with generous berry fruit and spice, balanced with integrated oak nuances. The palate is smooth with firm tannin a long fresh finish.

A slightly sweet version of Cabernet Sauvignon, while it has the primary characteristics of a Cab, pronounced berries, dark chocolate, coffee, and leather, it loses the some of the harshness that turn people away from Cabs. It has a soft luscious feel to it with a well rounded mouth. Goes well with red meat, chicken, and especially those that are marinated with a sweet finish.

This Washington Merlot opens with a beautifully knit blackberry, cherry and spice-scented nose with a toasty oak background. Ripe fruit on the palate is complemented by the medium-body and soft, yet present tannins.

Our 2016 Merlot is ruby red in color. It opens with aromas of ripe cherry, Asian plum, and cranberry with hints of tea leaf, baking spice, mocha, and sweet oak. Flavors of dark, ripe cherry, marionberry, and plum follow with sweet brown sugar, English toffee, and mocha. The finish is soft and lingering. Enjoy this wine with rotisserie chicken, meat ravioli, grilled wild salmon, and herbed soft cheese.

"Pale greenish yellow with golden and bright hints. Fresh, shows the fruity character from the beginning. Pineapple and peach together with small touches of hazelnut given by the French oak barrels. At the end you find green pear and delicate hints of white peach complemented with toast impression. Bouquet has notes of cherry with hints of violet. Red fruits, with a gentle spicy note. Balanced, velvety palate leads to a soft tannic finish. A great change of pace from California Cabernet Sauvignons.
