100% Cencibel, the local clone of Tempranillo. The alluring aromatics immediately envelop the senses, fresh red berries and subtle floral components waft from the glass. The dark core gives the impression of power and heft but the solid backbone of acidity provides lift, a weightlessness on the palate. Texturally lush with juicy blackberry and currant characteristics and a long finish that is dry. The balance from start to finish in this wine demonstrates the touch of a talented winemaker. This wine will surely earn a plethora of new fans.

Organically grown grapes in the village of Villarrobledo and El Provencio. 75+ year old vines (Castilla-La Mancha). Hand harvested. The grapes are destemmed, and then fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tank. Maceration lasts until the end of alcoholic fermentation, with regular wetting of the cap. The wine is then pressed into centenarian local clay tinajas (amphora). The wine ages in tinajas for 3 months followed by 2 months in used French barrels and then 6 months in bottle before release.

A step up in sweetness and complexity from their Kaninett. Pear and carnation on the nose are joined by apple and lime on a luscious and sumptuous palate. This is not the crunchy acidity, mineral-focused side of Riesling but rather the mouth-filling textural side. A joy to drink when you are in the mood for a bit of sweetness in your wine. 8% abv

100% Gr??ner Veltliner, grown in loess soils. Just over half of the grapes for this wine come from Silke's family's vineyards; the rest are sourced from neighboring growers in Krems and Dross. This is bottled and made in the shared Buchegger-Mayr winery. Full-bunch pressing; fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures, aged on the lees in tank until February of the following year.

This is a straightforward, spicy Gruner; light in body and fruit-driven, this is a stellar white "table wine", able to pair well with just about anything white wine goes with.

Winemaker Notes:
"Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. Strikingly pale pink in color, the aromas are fresh and fruity. On the palate, it is bone dry through the finish. The name really suits the delicate nature of this wine."

The life of the party, this lucid, bombastic Savvy B offers up heady lime, lemongrass and pink grapefruit aromas, with a whisper of dried herbs below. There's a gently slippery quality to the texture. In rushes the limey acidity to dial it up a notch or ten.

"Our William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich palate of dark fruit flavors, with subtle hints of caramel and cocoa. The Sonoma and Napa fruit gave this wine its ripe blackberry and black cherry flavors, while the grapes from Lake and Mendocino brought tremendous structure and presence to the blend. This Cabernet, which was blended with a touch of Merlot to round out the mouthfeel, will reveal more complex layers with time in the bottle."

Shiny light copper in color. The aroma is filled with beautiful fresh fruit aromas. Fine peach, pear and some Rose petals. The Mouth-feel is elegant, fruit driven and has a lovely structure. Wonderfully subtle tannins and fine acidity provide great balance to the playful fruit. The finish has classic saline and lovely minerality. This dry Rosé is absolutely divine and has great esprit and class. It is the perfect partner to food, and it may be the best Estate Rosé we’ve made to date.

Making of: After a soft crushing, a maceration at a low temperature is carried out to enhance the aromas of each grape variety. The free-run juice (locally called “flor”) then ferments for up to 30 days, in tanks at a low temperature. The wine is bottled after light (vegan-certified) fining and filtration, with a small addition of sulfur.

Personality: Brilliant, pale-straw color with aromas of apple and citrus fruits on the nose. Refreshing, lively, and fruity with a clean lip-smackingly citrusy finish. Ideally suited to vegetable rice, white fish, white meat, or lovely by itself.

Monastrell. Personality: Very brilliant ruby red with a purple rim boasting the youthfulness of the wine. Rich aromas of red forest fruits and whiffs of spices. The palate is well structured, powerful, and balanced with notes of black fruits, proudly showing its Mediterranean heritage.

The grapes are manually harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. Temperature controlled fermentation at 22-26°C in stainless steel tanks with continuous over-pumping to extract maximum intensity of color and aromas. This maceration-fermentation lasts for about 2-3 weeks. The wine is bottled after light (vegan-certified) fining and filtration, with a small addition of sulfur. 14% abv
