The bright ros 2024 Rosado is young and fruit-driven, with freshness despite being from the third dry and warm vintage in a row when they got very low yields. It's pure Garnacha from free-run juice with 12.5% alcohol, with notes of roses and wild herbs, a little reductive, with a soft palate, balanced and clean. It's closed with a screw cap. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024. Olivares has achieved organic certification. They have 275 hectares, 110 of them ungrafted Monastrell and the rest Monastrell, Syrah and Garnacha.

They are going for lower yields and less bottles of the 2020 La Montesa and slowly putting prices up, as they feel the wine is more serious than what the perception of the affordable price makes it. 2020 is a powerful vintage; it's structured and textured, the oak is very nicely integrated (12 months in barrel, but the powerful wine absorbed it completely), and it's powerful with 14% alcohol and a pH of 3.55, a little darker than in previous years. The tannins are very fine with a subtle chalky texture. There were 2,319 barrels that resulted in 672,000 bottles, 10,000 magnums and some larger and smaller formats. It was bottled from April 2022.

Don’t let the vintage fool you, this is as fresh as can be, it seems as though it hasn’t aged a day! Pulso evokes intense aromas of sour cherries, red fruits and flowers. This medium-bodied red is delicate on the palate with great balance, elegance and mouthwatering acidity. This is a beautiful example of Malbec with character in excess.
Sustainable with very low intervention. 92% Malbec and 8% Cabernet Franc. Native yeasts with long post-alcoholic fermentation macerations. 3 different vinification techniques are used for Malbec:#1 Traditional vinification with whole berries. #2 Whole berries fermentation + 30% reincorporated stems. #3 Whole berries fermentation in Apollo Eggs for about 120 days.

It is a small valley surrounded by mountains from which the soils with decomposed granite originated, in variable depths depending on the slope. A loamy-sand texture that provides the wine with its unique floral aromas. Yields: 8 tons/hectare

Only 183 cases produced.
