Making of: After a soft crushing, a maceration at a low temperature is carried out to enhance the aromas of each grape variety. The free-run juice (locally called ?????flor?????) then ferments for up to 30 days, in tanks at a low temperature. The wine is bottled after light (vegan-certified) fining and filtration, with a small addition of sulfur.
Personality: Brilliant, pale-straw color with aromas of apple and citrus fruits on the nose. Refreshing, lively, and fruity with a clean lip-smackingly citrusy finish. Ideally suited to vegetable rice, white fish, white meat, or lovely by itself.

PJ Wine offers local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping where permitted by law.
Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
Please note that all alcohol sales are final unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
