Winemaker Notes:
"Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. Strikingly pale pink in color, the aromas are fresh and fruity. On the palate, it is bone dry through the finish. The name really suits the delicate nature of this wine."

This is the best bargain rose we have this year! Delicate and pretty with lively fresh fruit notes that will have you thirsting for more. The wineries vineyards are on an island in the middle of the Rhone river, how cool is that? The main varieties are Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, and Arinarnoa (a cross between Merlot and Petit Verdot). The ros?? harvest undergoes a short skin maceration with complete control of process timing, producing a ros?? exclusively from free-run juice.

"Founded in 1927, Domaine Isle Saint Pierre is located on a small island in the Rhone River. It is run today by fourth generation vigneron Julien Henry.

The proximity to the water provides a cooling influence that allows the wines to retain great freshness even in the far south of France, and deep well-draining sedimentary soils comprised of sand and silt.

Because of the terroir and temperature, they are able to grow varietals that thrive in a Continental climate, such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

In 2018, the estate received the Vignerons Developpement Durable certification in recognition of their commitment to sustainable winegrowing.

Although the Isle Saint Pierre wines come from the very southern stretches of France, they display wonderful freshness and aromatic appeal. At harvest, as soon as the grapes enter the cellar, they are cooled to a temperature below 16??C.

"A soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. Uniquely crafted Rose infused with subtle Grapefruit flavors. Beautiful Grapefruit bouquet jumps from the glass right away followed by thirst quenching juicy fruit flavors that are dry yet very refreshing. It all wraps up with a Grapefruity fun finish. This is a backyard Summer Rose if there ever was one!.

Organic / Biodynamic

This 100% Limniona hails from Tyrnavos, which is flat, flat, flat, and in summer punishingly hot, which makes the balance and delicacy that Christos Zafeirakis regularly achieves in his Limniona all the more striking. Ripe but restrained, with a tantalizing tug-of-war between floral and earthy, this Limniona speaks clearly of its soil. The 2020 is medium- bodied but heavy on complexity, offering in turn the sharpness of raspberries, a bloody tang wreathed in smoke, and the woodland character of the layer on the ground where old leaf litter dissolves into the earth below. Reminiscent of an earthy Beaujolais. 13% abv

Organic

Sauvignon Blanc from 45 year old vines. Ageing on the fine lees for 3 months in primarily stainless steel tank and 15% 500-liter demi-muids. From early 1980s plantings, this Sancerre is pale yellow with light green tints. Expressive nose of citrus and white flowers followed by a palate of lovely acidity and a fine mineral backbone.

A delicious French Rose in a can! My prayers have been answered! Light, refreshing and crisp. Perfect for picnics in the park or backyard BBQs.

Organic / Natural / No Added Sulfites

A sparkling rose made of 100% Tannat. Manually harvested at full maturity. Grapes are macerated for 6 hours, pressed and spontaneously fermented without their skins. Bottled in the middle of fermentation under crown cap. Unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2 added. Make sure the bottles are well chilled, around 46*F to prevent any volcantic eruptions ;)

An elegant, bright, and clear pale-pink color with silvery undertones. The nose is refined and elegant, revealing a superb aromatic bouquet, blending floral notes with tangy hints of grapefruit and white peaches. The palate is ample, fresh, and luscious, offering vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit punctuated by saline and lemony notes that underscore its freshness and impart a beautiful minerality.
