Terada Honke was established over 340 years ago and are currently led by 24th generation Toji Masaru Terada. They focus on extremely old-school brewing conventions; they brew using traditional yamahai and kimoto methods, rely solely on naturally occuring microorganisms which live at the brewery, and use as little machinery as possible, all while using pesticide-free rice. Thanks to a collaboration with Patagonia, we can get their sake at an amazing price. This is a rich, textural sake with darker notes of black plum, enoki mushrooms, toffee, ginger, and pineapple.

PJ Wine offers local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping where permitted by law.
Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
