Schwaderer Brut Sparkling Semillon NV

Sparkling old-vine Semillon from Chile? Who knew this existed? Well, I am glad we found it because it’s stellar! This was a customer favorite at our recent South American wine tasting. 100% Semillon aged 12 months with its lees. Pale golden color with greenish edges, soft notes of white fruit and sponge cake. Fine and abundant bubbles. Notes of caramel, honey and fresh pineapple in the mouth, good volume and excellent acidity that gives freshness. Long finish that you crave to drink with oysters. 12.5% abv
