50% Pais, 25% Cinsault, and 25% Moscatel de Alejandria from the ¡°Los Pellines¡± vineyard which is more than 80 years old, dry-farmed and own-rooted in Itata¡¯s coastal Nuble range. The vines are planted at 161m above sea level on granitic soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, then each of the varieties are placed in separate open vats for maceration and fermentation without temperature control. After fermentation, the wines are combined in stainless steel tanks for 10 months of aging before bottling in the traditional 1 liter bottles without fining, filtering and with only a small amount of added SO2.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
