This blend exhibits classic Chenin Blanc character with ripe melon and creamy pear on the nose. The Viognier adds aromas of ripe white stone fruits, tropical fruit and blooming flowers. The palate is off dry, but the small amount of residual sugar helps add body and it also rounds out the wine's crispy acidity. The peach and melon flavors in the mid-palate are very pronounced. Balanced and smooth, this white is delightfully well rounded and finishes clean with the suggestion of citrus zest. With it's off dry notes, great acidity and round clean flavors this wine will pair beautifully with turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and other holiday fare. - PJ
