The 2024 Bianco is another stunning wine from Silvio Messana. Apricot, chamomile, dried flowers and hazelnut are some of the many notes that take shape in the glass. Beautifully exotic, aromatic and polished, this is a wine of rare distinction and class. The Bianco is 100% Trebbiano that sees a brief period of two days on the skins. Fruit is picked a bit earlier than the Trebbiano for the Tin version. This is conceived as the estate's entry-level white, but it has plenty of pedigree.
100% Trebbiano. From organically farmed vines on sandy, rocky, clay-limestone soils sourced from a grower in Lamporecchio near Pisa. The bunches are harvested by hand and destemmed; the fruit is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and without sulfur or temperature control in concrete tank. The maceration is 2-3 days. The wine is aged in cement and bottled without fining or filtering and with a small dose of sulfur. Classified as a Vino da Tavola.

PJ Wine offers local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping where permitted by law.
Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
