The wine maker and viticulturist is the very well respected Raul Perez. This Albarin (not Albarino) is aged in large wood vats for 9+ months without malo. It displays Chenin Blancish notes of slightly green apple and pear with bright acids and drive. Vineyards were planted in 2008 with all work done by hand and farmed organically. All the grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in old wood vats. Aged in the large wood vats for 9+ months. No Malo.
