Selection of old vineyards with an average age of more than 50 years, oriented to the west, and settled on very shallow and sandy soils from the decomposition of granite bedrock. Fermentation and aging of wines in 400-liter French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
15% of wine ages for 6 months in new 400L French oak barrels with weekly batonnage.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.
