Organic / Natural
50% Pais, 15% Syrah, 15% Garnacha, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carinena from the family's dry-farmed vines that range from 20 to 200 years old, densely planted on granitic clay-loam soils. The grapes are destemmed, macerated on their skins for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, gently pressed and gross lees settled out after 40 days, and then the wine rests in tank for 11 months before blending and bottling.

PJ Wine offers local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping where permitted by law.
Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
Please note that all alcohol sales are final unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
