The 2023 Conasbrancas was produced with the grapes from individual white vines in a number of field blends on both sides of the Bibei River, in Manzaneda and Larouco. They harvested the grapes in August and early September, did a short maceration and achieved a light and gracious white with under 12% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity. They are moving toward larger volumes, and in this 2023, they used two new Garbelotto 2,000-liter oak foudres. It has notes of wild herbs, yellow fruit, pollen and some pungent notes (Curro said it reminds him of white truffles!). It's tasty, light and characterful, with a strong mineral sensation.
• Godello, Dona Blanca, Albariño, Treixadura, Lado, Torrontes. • Altitude: 450-650 meters. • Hand harvested, 70% whole cluster, natural yeast co-fermentation in barrel, 40 day skin contact, 30% direct press with natural yeast fermentation in neutral French oak barrels. • 8 months in 500L French oak barrels on lees, no battonage.

Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.
