Domaine Servin?????s Vaillons is entirely hand-harvested, with these vines ranging from twenty-five to more than thirty-five years of age and right in the sweet spot of their prime. This cuv??e is raised entirely in stainless steel tank. The 2023 Vaillons offers up an outstanding nose of apple, pear, a touch of anise, citrus peel, chalky soil tones, white lilies and a topnote of beeswax. On the palate the wine is bright, focused and full-bodied, with lovely depth of fruit at the core, a fine girdle of acidity, excellent mineral drive and grip and a long, impeccably balanced and complex, vibrant finish. This is excellent juice. (Drink between 2025-2055)

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.
