Organic / Biodynamic
This cuvée is crafted from the estate's oldest Grenache vines, complemented by 5% Syrah. The vines range from 50 to 100 years old and are planted on Triassic clay-limestone soils. Here, Thomas Jullien prioritizes aromatic finesse and lusciousness over sheer power. The 2023 vintage yields a wine with a profile distinctly focused on tart red berry fruit.
Profile: Elegant and alluring, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. The palate is luscious, fresh, and supple, offering lovely fruity length.
Pairings: Roast guinea fowl, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, lamb chops, herb-stuffed tomatoes, aged sheep's milk cheese.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
