Yellow intense color with golden reflections, clean and brilliant. In nose it is intense, mature exotic fruits, white flowers, aromatic grasses, complex, mineral, spicy and balsamic bottom. In mouth it is long, balanced, expressive, fruit-bearing recollections and end of mouth spiced and very long.
Selection of Albillo Mayor from our vineyard:
El Lebrero and La Virgen.
• Tipe of soil: clay loam and sandy-limestone.
• Altitude: 920 m. and 880 m.
• Yield: 2,0 kg/ha.
• Manual picking in boxes of 12 kilos capacity with two
sorting tables; Gravity system.
• (1/3) Maceration and fermented with skins in
stainless steel.
• (2/3) Fermented in fûts 500 L and concrete
egg.
• Natural yeast.
• Aging: 8 months in contact with lees in
concrete egg and fûts 500 L.
