On the palate, it’s vibrant but balanced, with a medium body and polished, juicy tannins. Amancaya 2021 is a red blend – 69% Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon – for which Bodegas Caro has sourced grapes from Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. Half of the blend was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Ideal with lamb and other meats.
