Organic
100% Syrah from a 0.7ha planting on granitic soils at Les Replats in the village of Serrieres. Grapes are hand-harvested, then vinified with native yeasts, 10% whole-cluster for a 3 week maceration with daily pump-overs. Aged 12mo in 600L used barrel, then bottled with no fining.
Although Beno??t grew up in the Northern Rh??ne and his family has a history of grape growing in other parts of Europe, he has literally created his domaine from the ground up. From converting a sheep shelter into a cellar, to planting vineyards at the Coteau de Tupin in C??te-R??tie and around his family's home in P??lussin, Beno??t is truly building every piece of his domaine. All of these vineyards are worked either biodynamically or organically, and many are in process of certification. The grapes are foot-trodden, fermentation occurs with native yeast in neutral vessels (either stainless steel or resin tanks), the wines are pressed off using an old basket press, and are raised in old 600L demi-muid barrels. The wines are traditional in style and echo the great Northern Rh??ne wines of the past. 13% abv

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
