A blend of Espadin agave, hand-selected from hillsides in Oaxaca. Dos Hombre displays an appealing fragrance, rich taste and distinctive smoothness. Aromas and palate notes of apple, mango, wood, smoke and some salinity on the finish. 42%abv

Naturally aged for at least four and a half years, the bold and full-bodied blend of D'Usse VSOP Cognac is made from a selection of the finest eaux-de-vie, including some that were carefully matured in the cellars of the Ch?eau de Cognac. On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes. Distinctively and unexpectedly smooth, each taste reveals hints of spices and almonds with undertones of honey and dried fruits as the grand finale.

El Tesoro uses 100% estate grown agave, allowing the agave to grow longer than most to peak maturity and double distilling to proof without adding water after the final distillation. The blanco is unaged and bottled immediately after distillation to capture the essence of the agave. This traditional, agave-forward tequila has aromas of agave with notes of honey and green olive. Golden yellow. Clear and bright. Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples coming through. Clean. Green apples and grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. Water brings linseed oil and almonds with a sweet and malty finish.

We have replicated this freedom with The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve, selecting whisky from a variety of traditional aged oak casks. Then, to lend a modern twist to the flavour of the expression, Master Distiller Alan Winchester marries together a selection of the aged oak casks and American first-fill oak casks. American first-fill oak casks are those that have never before been used to mature whisky. Selective use of these casks provides a smooth, creamy sweetness that mingles harmoniously with the delicate flavours and complex fruity tones already present in the whisky.

Hendrick's Neptunia Gin is a limited release that combines the classic cucumber and rose petal notes with what the distiller calls "coastal" botanicals. Hendrick's doesn't specify what these are but they do lend an enhanced palate complexity along with a very smooth citrus finish. 43.4%abv

A very fine but still affordable Anejo Tequila. Aroma: cooked agave blended with spice and floral notes. Taste: smooth with cooked agave and notes of toasted oak and dried fruit. Finish: creamy, melts across your tongue.
