1921 Tequila was founded in 1996 with the goal of producing an ultra premium 100% Agave Tequila and Tequila cream. The agave is cultivated in the red soils of the Highlands of Jalisco. "1921" refers to the end of the Mexican revolutionary war. 40%abv


Appearance: golden honey colored tequila that evokes the brightness of the most precious metal, its luminous transparency makes the tears slide elegantly.
Aroma: sweet and comforting plum and vanilla aroma combined with a hint of slightly toasted oak from the barrel.
Flavor: Its strong character causes a powerful impression on the first sip, it possesses a smooth fruity flavor with a moderate sweetness, a delicate white oak aftertaste and toasted hazelnut nuances.
Mouthfeel: silky and warm tongue sensation.

Distiller Notes:
Ripe roasted agave flavor with notes of caramel and vanilla. Vanilla, meringue, honey, and fruit accents. Straw color with golden hues and medium body. Smooth caramel finish with notes of sweet cooked agave and pecan pie.

Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is blended in small batches and finished in French oak port wine casks for between three to six months. You’ll detect notes of subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts on the nose with vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate on the palate. Finishes sweet with hints of Madeira. 43.3%abv.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is widely regarded as a classic of the peaty, smoky style. Yet the complexity of the 10yr insures that the peat does not overwhelm, but rather gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. "Straw-gold color. On the nose, sweet toffee, citrus notes, seaweed, and spice complement a powerful peat smoke infusion. In body, it is thick and oily. On the palate, a somewhat sweet maltiness up front is run over by a powerful peat smoke locomotive. Again, the whisky is enriched with citrus and pear notes, spice, and seaweed. Distiller's note:
Crafted from our El Platino, our La Rosa is a tequila like no other and was awarded a Gold Medal by Tasting Panel magazine. Once a final filtration is completed, the tequila is then rested (reposado) for 3 months in previously used French oak casks, and is the first Bordeaux wine barrel-rested tequila in the world. The Bordeaux resting imparts the natural pink color and gives the Reposado a subtly sweet finish. The result is an unparalleled experience in taste.

For their Tom Cat Gin, Vermont-based Caledonia Spirits takes their Barr Hill Gin and rests it in New American Oak barrels. The gin itself is a rather simple gin whose ingredients work to great effect. It starts with grain neutral spirit. It adds only juniper as a botanical. It is then sweetened with raw honey. That's it. The sweetening invokes an old style of gin known as "Old Tom" wherein gin was sweetened. It is moderately sweet to the palate. With a buckwheat honey flavor, the juniper is creamy and piney. Hints of orange butter, pine blossom, vanilla, butterscotch and toffee all emerge. Tom Cat Gin is rich and unctuous. - The Gin Is In, 5 stars

Aged for ten years, the nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak.
