The 2022 Dry Riesling comes from a vintage with a polar vortex in the winter, resulting in a much smaller crop. Those low yields led to great depth of fruit here, accented by leesy saltiness. Sweet peach, apricot, lime zest and an exotic note of guava emerge, braced by measured acidity and notable grip. This bracing Riesling finished at 3 grams per liter of residual sugar. The 2022 is quite good.

For an entry-level wine this is a stunner! Wonderful nose of white peach, lemon blossom and jasmine. So succulent, with excellent ripeness and concentration, but nothing flashy or any hint of opulence. The best thing about the wine is the long, very silky finish. And this is properly dry. Drink or hold.

One of our best-selling roses of last year has returned! This Rose is singing, and trust us this is a song you want to hear. Their Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed, with optimal skin contact, to enhance the overall character of the wine. A delicate salmon color is alluring in the glass while the zippy acidity is lively on the palate. This is a delectable summer rose that is hard to beat for the price.

Ravines was created by Morten and Lisa Hallgren in 2000. Morten, a French-trained Oenologist, came to the Finger Lakes from his family?€?s centuries-old estate in the South of France. He and his wife and business partner, Lisa, convinced of the potential for fine wine making in the Finger
Lakes, opened their original tasting room on 17 acres of sloped, shale stone soils nestled
between two deep ravines on Keuka Lake. They focus on making fine, classically-styled wines
that allow for the cool-climate characteristics to be shown without compromise - creating their own
unique expression within the Finger Lakes wine region.

Dynamic aromatics of asian pear, mango and sweet spices jump from the glass. Quintessential balance is paramount to the this wine's fresh and vibrant mouthfeel. The acidity is fully integrated for such a young wine, providing verve and staying power on the dry finish.

The 2021 Estate Gewurztraminer comes from the limestone soils of our White Springs Vineyard. The lovely aromatics along with splendid balance and cohesion provide a wonderful attractiveness and drinkability.

Ravines Chardonnay is made with a process dating back to the Roman times: appasimento. Chardonnay grapes are partially dried in the sun, yielding a wine with lush aromas of pear, fig, citrus and hazelnut. As a cool climate Chardonnay this wine expresses fresh fruit flavors, a distinct mineral tinge, hints of butter and lightly toasted French Oak. - Winemaker notes

The grapes are sourced from Limestone Springs Estate Vineyard in the Finger Lakes, New York. 100% Riesling. Practicing organic. Made in the traditional method and aged en tirage on the lees for 5 years.

This wine has lovely toast, apple, and floral aromas. On the palate, the wine is layered with minerality, fruit, and brioche.
