Certified organic Trepat vines--75 years on average--in calcareous and clay soils. Hand harvested. 45 HL/HA. 2,000 BTS per vintage. For producing Julieta, the vineyard is reduced to 50% normal production i.e. a green harvest occurs in mid summer. Final harvest in late October in cases of 20 kg. Cold maceration for 10 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 20 o C with a maceration of 20 days with open top. Wine is aged for 7 months in concrete egg. Trepat is the native variety of the Conca de Barber??. There are only 1100 hectares of this variety in the world, and 1000 of them are grown in Conca de Barber??. Serve w/a slight chill.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective wine or spirits within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
