Riley Miller, of Sonder, has of late partnered with longtime wine and food industry vet Daniel Luzzo to create Daughters & Sons, focusing on affordable wines made from Riley’s favorite vineyards with Daniel’s favorite tables in mind. In their words, the hope is to recapture the joy of coming together, and ensure that those traditions are passed on to our next generations, our Daughters & Sons. Sourcing from his favorite rows in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, Riley keeps this Sauvignon Blanc fresh by picking early, fermenting in stainless steel, and inhibiting malolactic transfer. The final expression balances the fruit and acidity of pineapple, or stone fruit.
