The young and tender 2022 Albariño is the blend of the grapes from 165 plots in the Salnés, fermented with a pied de cuve from the old vines, fermented in stainless steel and matured with lees. It has a balsamic nose with notes of grass and bay leaf, a round palate with pungent flavors and good acidity. It's clean and varietal, reflecting a warmer year.

Located in the appellation of Jurançon in south-west France, Domaine Coustarret's 5 hectares of vineyards have been passed down for seven generations. Today, Sebastien Coustarret tends the vines and makes the wine. The vines sit on the slopes of the foothills of the Pyrenees at an altitude of 400 meters, facing south on soils of limestone and clay with large pebbles. The domaine practices organic farming and is in conversion to certification.
The Cuveé Renaissacne Jurançon Sec is made from 80% Petit Manseng, 10% Courbu and 10% Camaralet from vines that average 20 years of age. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks. Vibrant flavors of tropical fruits are buoyed by a fresh, tangy acidity.

Chenin Blanc aged in concrete, this is the second release boasting a complex nose with notes of pear, jasmine and a tinge of blood orange. The palate is supple, the finish is long. A lovely baby sibling to the "Matris" Chenin Blanc.

This is an older, evolved white wine that is uniquely Jura. It displays oxidative notes of almond, cedar, bruised apple, and its color is much darker than what you may be familiar with. The youthful fresh fruit character has faded and evolved into so much more.
This cuvée is the classic white wine of Montbourgeau. It is usually bottled after 24 to 30 months of élevage in barrel. Chardonnay is the dominant grape but an occasional Savagnin vine is found within the Chardonnay plantings, an addition which adds a touch of complexity to the ultimate blend. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel but, after malolactic, the wine is racked into small barrel and demi-muids for two years. At that point, the entire production is assembled and left for several months in cuve before being bottled.
NOTE: We will not be accepting any return bottles of this wine.

A dark cherry color implies the fullness that is to come on the palate. Round with a full mouth feel displaying sour cherry and raspberry notes with the subtlest note of garrigue. This is one serious rose. No estate expresses the salt-kissed limestone-driven terroir of the idyllic Provençal seaside village of Cassis like Domaine du Bagnol, and the current generation, Sébastien Genovesi, crafts a rosé of scintillating energy, chiseled calcareous musculature, and gleaming red fruits. Comprising 45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvèdre, Bagnol’s Cassis Rosé is pressed directly and rapidly (in under two hours) to extract as little color as possible, and the bottled wine (certified organic) contains only 10 milligrams per liter of total sulfur—a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of texture and intense evocation of limestone. Vincent Punier created his Domain in 1988 when he inherited 2 hectares (5 acres) from his parents.
Today the domain is comprised of 13 hectares (32 acres) of vines located on the prestigious hillsides of Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. The vines are hand-harvested and vinified in a traditional manner, aged in classic percentages of new, one year and two year old oak barrique. Vincent seeks to create wines that have great energy, vibrancy, and balance. Vineyard practices include ploughing the vineyards to encourage deeper roots which in turn enables the vines to capture the complexity of the terroir of each site. Vincent created his domain almost from scratch and has grown it carefully over 30 years. As a one man show he has been intrinsically involved in every aspect of production including many hours working in the vineyards and time spent in the cellar fine tuning his wines. He lives above the winery located in Auxey Duresses and his Auxey Duresses rouge vineyard sits directly across the road. This close physical proximity underlines the very personal signature he makes on each wine he produces.

100% Malagousia, a native Greek variety that was near extinction, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Extremely aromatic with notes of green apples, waxed lemons and green tea. Fresh and saline, with a medium body and a waxy texture that finishes dry. Bring on the shellfish! 13% abv
