A Glenrothes 12 Year Old in classic style: fruity and sweet. Aged solely in sherry-seasoned casks, this Speyside whisky has notes of vanilla, melon, banana and cinnamon.

Scotland- Peaty nature with a unique expression, and is quite different to the usual style of Highland whisky. "Torfa" refers to the Old Norse word peat, has a brooding, smoky character. Natural color and bottled at 100 pf. 3rd place at Int. Spirits Comp. in Best Peated Whisky Category.

"This oft-overlooked Speysider has been frustratingly variable in the past, but now seems to have hit greater consistency. Worm tubs and weird stills combine to give a complex malt, but one that needs help from oak to blossom fully. There are hedgerow aromas: black currant leaf, hawthorn berries, and lots of honey. Nose - the smoke is calmed by a marine character with aromas of thyme, heather, ginger and nutmeg.

Palate - there is a noticeable delicacy and softness in texture and style with notes of vanilla, honey and smoked oysters. The finish is smoky, of course, but there is a sweetness that recalls orange, mango and apple. - Rich and Peaty -

The Singleton 18 is complex and rich with aromas of pear, banana, tobacco and maple syrup. There is honey, apricot and butterscotch on the palate, and the finish is creamy, long and warming. Best with a touch of water added. An excellent 18 year old. 40% abv - Malt and Honey -

Nose: Fresh sherry embraces the maltier, more honeyed aspects of Dalwhinnie. Peaty and surprisingly, still heathery. Spicy yet grapy. Palate: A big, spicy buzz followed by an impressive build-up of very clear, well defined Scotch. After a quick burst of sweetness, a rich, grape effect moves in towards the middle. Finish: Tons of oak. Very, very dry with vanilla dominating. The perfect dram for those in search of a very dry malt finish. (Producer's Note) - Malt and Honey -

Elegant but full bodied this whisky has spent ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured for a further two years in Oloroso and PX Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. Lasanta is Gaelic for warmth and passion, a reminder not just of the Spanish provenance of these Oloroso sherry butts, but also a reflection of this expression's lusciously soft texture and deep, enticingly sweet aroma.

Nose: Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. Palate: Deliciously sweet sherry flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices. Hendrick's Neptunia Gin is a limited release that combines the classic cucumber and rose petal notes with what the distiller calls "coastal" botanicals. Hendrick's doesn't specify what these are but they do lend an enhanced palate complexity along with a very smooth citrus finish. 43.4%abv

Speyside, Scotland- Straw gold color. Sherry-sweet malty aromas combine with a light smokiness and subtle spice. Delicately light, sweet and malty, with hints of biscuits and cream and peaty notes. Leaves a long, slightly spicy finish with a lingering smokiness.

It has orange and chocolate notes, perfect to be served on the rocks or with soda, garnished with a strip of orange peel.
