What is The Customer Appreciation Sale?

The Customer Appreciation Sale is a chance for customers to buy wine at our deepest discounted pricing of the year! The sale happens every year in February.

 

How much will I save?

Every bottle has a different price structure, but a general rule of thumb is that wines ending in “7” (e.g. $12.97) will be discounted by 10-20% (average) or more and wines ending in “9” (e.g. $12.99) will be discounted by 20-30% (average) or more.  Last year,  customers took home an average savings of 21% from our already low-priced wines on their purchases.  

 

How many bottles can I purchase in the Customer Appreciation Sale?

Customer Appreciation Sale bottles are determined by the total wine you purchased* last year:

*Total purchase only includes wine purchase and doesn’t include sales tax, spirits, accessories, gift cards, delivery charges and wines purchased at cost sale. Only purchases under PJ Wine customer account were counted toward the total. Please provide us proof of purchase (store receipts, credit card used, etc.) if you think your total is not correct.

 

How do I purchase wines during the Customer Appreciation Sale?

All Customer Appreciation Sale purchases must be made during the sale. To place an order, simply go online and add your “Customer Appreciation Sale” wines to your basket. When you check out, just add the phrase “Customer Appreciation Sale” in the ORDER NOTE box at cart page. WINES ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY DISCOUNTED. Once we confirm stock and your eligibility, you will receive a final discount.  You will receive the correct/final invoice with your delivery. If you are purchasing additional wines besides your Customer Appreciation Sale, please place a separate order for accurate processing.  Unfortunately, we are not able to manually separate your sale bottles and non-sale bottles.  Your order will be canceled if it contains more bottles than what you qualify for. Please be patient and allow extra time for orders to be processed. Once your orders are ready, we will contact you via email with the delivery or pickup date.  No same day delivery or pickup.  Again, you will receive an email with a refund notice once your order has been processed.  When you receive your physical order, an itemized invoice will be included with further details.  Please note that all cost sale orders are subject to longer wait times than normal.  

 

Can I call in or email my order?

Sorry, because of high call volume during the Customer Appreciation Sale, the easiest way to place your order is online. We can’t take orders via email. You can also purchase Customer Appreciation Sale wines in our shop, but you need to bring an email confirmation.

  

Does free delivery apply to the Customer Appreciation Sale?

No, Customer Appreciation Sale wines do not count towards free delivery. All cost sale orders are subject to a $15 delivery charge despite the total.  However, if you place a separate order of an additional $170 (pre-tax), we will provide free delivery for the entire purchase to where we normally deliver.

 

Are there any limitations on the Customer Appreciation Sale?

The Customer Appreciation Sale is for wine only, not for spirits, gift cards, accessories, or shipping charges. We reserve the right to exclude certain bottles. Here is the list of items excluded from sales;

  • All wines older than the 2011 vintage (1900 ~ 2010 are excluded)
  • All spirits, all accessories, gift card, and shipping charge
  • All small sizes wines smaller than .750L / big size greater than .750L
  • All sparkling wines from Armand de Brignac, Krug, Louis Roederer Cristal, Moet, Salon, Veuve Cliquot
  • Highly rare and allocated wines

You can also check if the wine is excluded from sale by checking the product page on our web store.  If the wine is excluded, it will say "YES" on EXCLUDED FROM SALE.

How long does the sale last?

You will receive an email in February letting you know how many bottles you may purchase at a discounted price and when.

  • 48, 36, 24 bottles:  January 26 ~ February 28, 2026
  • 18, 12 bottles:  February 2 ~ February 15, 2026
  • 6 bottles:  February 16 ~ February 28, 2026

 

Can I combine or transfer my purchases with another account?

Only one account can be used. The Customer Appreciation Sale promotion is non-transferable. Only wines purchased in the year before the Customer Appreciation Sale count towards eligibility. The Customer Appreciation Sale discounts can not be added to any previous orders.
