Long Island Spirits in Baiting Hollow, NY was founded in 2007 and is the first craft distillery since the 1800's located on Long Island. The distillery is home of LiV Vodka, and is surrounded by 5,000 acres of potato farms, in the heart of the acclaimed wine region on the North Fork of Long Island. Long Island Spirits is uniquely a farm-to-bottle hand craft distiller operation. Their Rough Rider Bull Moose Rye has a crisp fruity sweetness on the nose, followed by spice, caramel, vanilla and blackberry on the palate with a toasty, velvety finish. 45%abv.

Notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla, walnuts, cinammon and other spices, as well as a mouth filling sensation on your first sip, tell you that this is Rye Whiskey kicked up a notch. Produced from local ingredients in Bethel NY.

Basil Haydon is a lighter bodied, rye forward Bourbon with a spicy-sweet flavor profile, and is a favorite of Bourbon enthusiasts. Aroma: Spice, tea, hint of peppermint Taste: Spicy, light-bodied, gentle bite Finish: Dry, clean, brief. 40%abv.

Triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this original blended Irish whiskey is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is complemented by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish – imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

Indiana- A truly easy drinking whiskey distinguished by its subtle rye-forward flavor. Crafted in the mold of classic American Bourbons, it has a well-balanced sweetness highlighted by notes of vanilla and caramel. Enjoy on the rocks or use it to make a great cocktail.

Nose
Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness.
Taste

The Knob Creek 100 proof is a mix of older and younger Bourbons with the aim of creating a 9 year old flavor profile. A good introductory premium Bourbon.

Maker’s Mark, a perennial favorite, is aged for six years and made from wheat, corn and barley, but no rye. It’s natural Bourbon sweetness is balanced with caramel and vanilla and the finish is smooth and subtle. 45%abv

George Dickel Rye Whisky is the only rye finished in the chilled charcoal-mellowed style that has made this whisky distinct. It is spicy with an exceptionally smooth finish and is a great choice in classic cocktails like The Old Fashioned and Manhattan. 45%abv.

Takamine Koji Whiskey is made with the patented Takamine Process, which uses an ancient Japanese mold, koji, to convert starches to sugars in a process similar to malting barley.

Unlike malt whiskey where sugars are extracted in a warm water mash before yeast is introduced to start the fermentation, both the koji and yeast are active at the same time in a multiple parallel fermentation. This 100% barley ferment is then double distilled and aged in virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks.

Aged for ten years, the nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering. 45%abv. Silver Medal - 2018 New York International Spirits Competition

Utah?????s first distillery since the 1870's, High West Distiller is located in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Old Town Park City, Utah. Rich and earthy on the palate with balanced flavors of candy corn, honey and sweet corn bread. Finishes with vanilla with a hint of caramel apple. 46%abv

This truly small-batch bourbon starts with traditionally grown corn, rye and malted barley. All of our staple grains are cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grains are mashed, distilled, and barreled in our Woodinville™ distillery, then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun, and snow for eighteen months, softening the wood’s harsh tannins. The barrels are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. This meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted spirit with aromas of crème brûlée and spice cabinet, as well as notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean on the palate with a sweet, lingering finish.

Distiller Notes
The distillery begins with their award-winning Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey which has just the right balance of toasted oak, spicy rye, and sweet brown notes, then complement it with aromatic, creamy, ripe natural banana flavor.

Ireland- Triple distilled irish whiskey is an ultra smooth blend of golden grain and single malt with hints of vanilla, honey and toasted wood for a rich complexity. Founded by Mixed Martial Arts Champion Conor McGregor, the name refers to the area where McGregor hails, Dublin 12.

Aged seven years and bottled at 107 proof; uses a special strain of jug yeast which results in a silky smooth texture and consistent taste from batch to batch. Rich, intense and complex - an excellent Bourbon for after dinner sipping. 53.5%abv

Nose: Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and orange with Faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Taste: Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with some citrus, cinnamon, cocoa, toffee and caramel.? An all-malt blend from Nikka's two distilleries, one Hokkaido and the other in Aoba-ku, this is a very dark intense whisky, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and chocolate. Smooth on the palate, but with a finish that can linger for several minutes. 40%abv
