Red Diamond sources grapes from the best locations around the world to reveal the distinct personalities of outstanding varietals. Benefitting from California’s warm climate and long growing season, our Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black fruits and subtle notes of oak. Flavors of creamy cherry and black coffee lead to a soft and supple finish.
This wine pairs well with tomato-based sauces, such as bolognese Puttanesca sauce, are a great match for Cabernet Sauvignon—the sharp flavors of the tomatoes balances the acidity of the wine. Chinese cuisine such as peking duck, mu shu pork, or braised soy pork have high fat levels and slightly sweet hoisin or soy flavors that bring out the fruit flavors in the wine.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

To process a return, the bottle must be returned with the remaining contents for verification.
