The Espolon Anejo is aged in new American oak for ten months and then placed into charred bourbon whiskey barrels and aged two months longer to create a tequila rich in character with a taste all its own. While the majority of tequilas in this category are unaged (or aged briefly in stainless steel or in oak then filtered for clarity), this pale golden-hued one, made from 10 year old agave grown in Los Altos, Jalisco, is aged for 28 days in new French Limousin oak barrels - not quite enough time to become a reposado. Flavor contours are smooth and clean with notes of herbs, pepper and earth.

Grand Mayan Ultra Aged Tequila is dark in color with the sweet aroma of nuts, blue agave and chocolate. The taste is extraordinary, very smooth and easy on the palate. Tequila Extra Anejo (ultra aged) A new classification added in the summer of 2006, labeling any Tequila aged more than 3 years, an "Ultra Aged", and is so rich that it becomes difficult to distinguish it from other quality aged spirits.

JAJA small-batch reposado and is a blend of highland and lowland 100% Agave Azul. It is aged for six months in American Oak barrels. JAJA uses volcanic water sourced from springs at the distillery. It has notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, with a balance of agave and sweetness. This reposado won a double-gold medal at the San Francisco Spirit Awards in 2019. Gluten free. 40%abv

Each bottle is numbered, dated, and sealed in wax, all by hand. Every aspect of Reserva De La Familia is handcrafted at the La Rojena distillery. Pictured on the bottle, it is the oldest active distillery in Latin America. Made using only the flavorful inner portion of hand-selected blue agave plants.
