These Austrian beauties blew us away - yes they are dry, crisp, and refreshing but what stood out was the texture, mouthfeel, and length. The long lees contact and natural fining are surely responsible. Oh, by the way, their Pinot Noir is on point as well! This is cool-climate Pinot Noir through and through with bright floral notes wafting from the glass, elegant extraction, dried cherry notes, and only 12.5% abv!
