n developing their Riserva Bitter, Martini & Rossi used 100% natural ingredients and their original 1872 recipe as their inspiration. Master Herbalist, Ivano Tonutti, carefully selected three rare botanicals (Saffron, Angostura and Columba), to deliver a unique richness and complexity through different dimensions of bitterness. The Bitter is also rested in the same Tino cask that is used for M&R Vermouth extracts, and shares the vermouth’s common botanical, Italian Artemisia.

This Laphroaig is created from selected casks from each of the distiller's key styles. Mostly, these are historic styles - Quarter Cask, PX Cask, Triple Wood (Oloroso sherry) and 10 Year Old. The exception is a final maturation in American oak casks - rarely used for Scotch whisky.

American first-fill oak casks are those that have never before been used to mature whisky. Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is blended in small batches and finished in French oak port wine casks for between three to six months. You’ll detect notes of subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts on the nose with vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate on the palate. Finishes sweet with hints of Madeira. 43.3%abv.

Amber, almost golden yellow color. The subtle vanilla nose develops floral notes of rose and violet. Fruity plum and apricot aromas move towards notes of sweet apple and pear pastries. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate.

VIDA de San Luis Del Rio is an artisanal, organic, value priced Mezcal from Del Maguey. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills. It has fruity aromatics with hints of honey, vanilla and roast agave. The palate offers ginger, cinnamon, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. El Tesoro uses 100% estate grown agave, allowing the agave to grow longer than most to peak maturity and double distilling to proof without adding water after the final distillation. The blanco is unaged and bottled immediately after distillation to capture the essence of the agave. This traditional, agave-forward tequila has aromas of agave with notes of honey and green olive. Amaro Averna is an Italian liqueur in the Amaro category produced in Caltanissetta, Sicily. It is named after its inventor, Salvatore Averna, and walks the fine line between bitter and sweet. Today it is part of the Campari group but its dark color, caramel sweet flavor and bitter finish have been alluring to admirers since 1868.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is widely regarded as a classic of the peaty, smoky style. Yet the complexity of the 10yr insures that the peat does not overwhelm, but rather gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.
