The following professional review is on a previous vintage, but I thought he captured the current wines personality well.
The 2019 Pinot Blanc Vieilles Vignes from Bernard Schoffit is made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois, with the average age of the vines fully fifty years-old. The 2019 version is a lovely wine, offering up a complex and very expressive aromatic constellation of apple, white peach, gently musky floral tones redolent of acacia blossoms and a lovely base of soil. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and vibrant, with a lovely core, a wisp of sweetness, zesty acids and fine length and grip on the succulent and beautifully balanced finish. This is flat out delicious wine. - John Gilman on the 2019 vintage.

This is classic Alsatian Riesling with great texture, slight waxiness, and zippy acidity. Bright orchard fruit notes with a mineral-driven core wrapped around that brilliant acidic backbone. This a dry expression of Riesling that compliments a variety of cuisine from cooked fish, raw, fresh goat's cheese, or farmer’s market vegetables. Do not let the moderate price fool you, this is sleek and lean, with great energy and tension. Is it too early to think about Thanksgiving Day dinner?

Domaine Zinck is located in Eguisheim, in the heart of Alsace. They have 14 hectares of vines located on plots between Eguisheim and Gueberschwihr, in the Upper Rhine region. The Zinck family has been cultivating vineyards and producing wine for four generations now. In 2011 they began organic farming practices and in 2018 they became fully biodynamic.

Their grapes are 100% hand-picked and then vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
