Blend: 100% Pinot Gris
Aging: 3 weeks of maceration (whole bunches, skin contact). Unfiltered and not sulfited.

This macerated Pinot Gris with a salmon-pink color reveals subtle aromas of dried fruits, liquorice and red fruits. The mouth is powerful and structured, the finish is balanced by pretty bitters.

Celine Loberger is crafting beautiful orange and traditional wines in Bergholtz, Alsace. "Imagine" comes from 25-yr old terraced vines planted in volcanic sandstone soil. Manual harvest, 3 weeks of maceration with whole bunches followed by nine months of ageing on fine lees. Unfine and unfiltered. 100 cases made.

Age of vines: about 28 years
Elevation: average 259 meters (850 feet)
Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and crushed whole. Fermentation with native yeast in
stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine is aged in large oak casks (foudres) and
maturing on fine lees until late Spring. Bottled in August the following year of harvest.
Tasting notes: A classic interpretation of this traditional Alsatian grape variety, this wine is dry and has
citrus, stone fruit, and sweet spice aromas.

Grape Variety: Blend of Pinot Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc Age of vines: about 35 years Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and crushed whole. Fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine matures for 6 months in tank, then is transferred to bottle, and stored in riddling rack for 12-15 months before disgorgement.

100% Pinot Noir; 100% "methode traditionelle", and 100% delicious. This bright, strawberry and cherry tinged sparkler from Alsace is the perfect way to start, or finish, and evening. Loads of fruit on the front, but not cloying or sweet. This would be amazing with some fresh fruit or just on its own while waiting for friends to show up to the dinner party. - PJ
