Bosscal Mezcal Joven is hand selected and produced by a 4th generation Mezcalero. Bosscal adheres to traditional, artisanal craftsmanship using no chemical products or any manipulations so that the spirit reflects only the essence of the high quality agave. The joven is lightly smoky, very crisp and smooth with citrus and blood orange with a balance of sweetness and tartness. Organic. 42%abv

Hand-crafted by the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio where the Red Ant River flows. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. VIDA de San Luis Del Rio is an artisanal, organic, value priced Mezcal from Del Maguey. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills. It has fruity aromatics with hints of honey, vanilla and roast agave. The palate offers ginger, cinnamon, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. Gracias a Dios Espadin is made from 8-year-grown Espadin, double distilled, and aged 4 months in American oak. It has a slight smokiness and subtle spiciness, with citrus and sweet fruit notes and a dry, spicy finish. 45%abv

Piedre Almas Tepextate is made from 100% wild agave Tepextate, which takes up to 25 years to mature. The labels are hand-printed on 100% acid-free, handmade paper derived from fibers that are indigenous to the region. It has a savory smoke flavor with earthy undertones. It can be sipped neat, but is most commonly used as a mixer. 40%abv
