The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for must that is deep red and with a fruity aroma, as well as with tannic compounds that add fullness and body. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature of about 24-26°C in stainless steel vats. This is followed by a several months of refinement, in oak barrels before bottling.

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.
