White Horse is Bloomer Creek's light-hearted tribute Cheval Blanc, the great Saint-milion blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The Cabernet Franc for White Horse comes from Bloomer's Auten and Barrow Vineyards (vine age ranges from 9-25 years), the Merlot comes from Barrow Vineyard and was planted in 2015. Vinification is similar to the 2019 Cabernet Franc, with a blend of destemmed, crushed and whole cluster fruit fermented in open vats over a three week period. The wine is matured for two years in oak before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

The 2023 Zinfandel Teldeschi Vineyard Frank's Block emerges from vines planted in 1904, the oldest on the property. It's a fabulous crescendo in this series of wines from Joel Peterson. Intense aromatics make a strong first impression. Crushed flowers, sage, mint, chocolate, spice, new leather and tobacco are some of the many notes that race across the palate. Dollops of Carignane and Alicante Bouschet add character.

The Sea Sun 2023 Chardonnay, made by the Wagner Family of Caymus fame, brings a golden glow to the glass with its coastal California charm. This dry, medium-bodied white glides across the palate with notes of lemon curd, baked apple, ripe apricot, and a whisper of toasty oak. Its creamy texture is beautifully lifted by bright acidity, making it a polished yet generous pour. Sourced from sun-soaked vineyards hugging the Pacific, its a wine that speaks of sea breezes and warm evenings.

55% Zinfandel, 17% Grenache, 17% Carignane, 17% Mataro

Brothers Julian and Sebastian were raised in the wine country of southern Germany, but moved to California after finishing school, and have been making wine together there since 2015. Working with some ancient vines (the Mataro & Carignan vines were planted in 1893!), they have quickly developed a dedicated following. This “red blend” is a festival of red berries, pomegranate, plum, mint and lilacs: bright and juicy with some chalky, dark tannins for structure.

Decoy Featherweight is a refreshing lower-in-calorie and lower-in-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc, delivering delicate citrus notes of Meyer lemon, grapefruit, and lime; complemented by lush, tropical fruit flavors and a long, crisp finish. With uncompromising quality, Decoy Featherweight is crafted from the current vintage of Decoy Sauvignon Blanc, utilizing the same premium California fruit sourcing. 9% abv - Winemaker Notes

A pink libation that savors of serenity, this sparkling rosé tastes like the inside of a waterfall. Little droplets of mineral driven water interspersed with the freshness and pure juice of just picked red raspberries. 100% Californian Grenache. Aged in stainless steel to keep wine crisp and bright. 13% abv

Winemaker Notes:
"Aromas of apple pie, Bosc pear and white peach are accented with oak spice, a hint of vanilla, toasted nuts, and a touch of butterscotch and light caramel. This wine has the distinctive Sonoma-Cutrer balance between elegance and richness for a medium-bodied, mouth-filling wine. The creamy richness has flavors of ripe apple, pear, peach and melon balanced with a bright acidity with lots of finesse. There is a long, silky finish highlighted with notes of roasted nuts and barrel spice."

The wine was then aged sur-lies in French oak. Barrels were a mixture of new and one-year-old through neutral oak.

This wine has all of the elements of a classic Chardonnay. It is a wine you serve when you want to show people you care about them. Or, sometimes it?????s just for you - because you have earned it.

La Storia Merlot is and has been consistently fine example of the ability of this classic Bordeaux variety to make solid, tasty and age worthy wines. The main aromas and flavors are of dark cherry, plums, a bit of black licorice and herbs. The new oak barrels contribute a touch of vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa dust and toast. On the mouth the wine is soft and viscous, balancing the acidity and the tannins well for such a young wine. The finish is long and soft with suggestion of sweetness backed by ripe tannins. This wine will age well and will reward your patience if stored well in the next 3-6 years.

Greenhook has made here the world's first commercially released Beach Plum Gin Liqueur. Indigenous to the Beaches of New York, Beach Plums are a rare, finicky, Wild Plum with a prized, piquant flavor. Inspired by the Traditional, English Sloe Gin, Greenhook Beach Plum Gin Liqueur is crafted by soaking whole, Long Island Beach Plums in their Signature American Dry Gin for seven full months, with just a touch of Turbinado sugar.

Aged for ten years, the nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. A super creamy, delicious and detailed red with oodles of red fruit, silky tannins and a full body. It tastes pure, fresh, almost delicate, offering raspberries, cherry cream, blueberries, cafe au lait and subtle oak toast on the palate. A gentle, layered, pretty wine that seems not at all affected by the wildfire smoke that year. Drinkable now, but best from 2030.

This Southern Rhône/ Bandol inspired wine shows the elegant and food friendly side of Mourvèdre. Aromatics of lavender, and violets draw you in and are complemented with flavors of plum, blackberry, cassis, lead pencil and underbrush. The wine finishes with strong acidity to complement the bright fruit and will benefit from decanting or time in the cellar. It will pair beautifully with fowl, meat, savory pasta and darker bodied seafood.
