Winemaker Notes:
Green apple and pear aromas classically characterize this wine as Clarksburg, while honeycomb and vanilla heighten the first impression. The rich, round entry rolls into a viscous and silky mouthfeel, surrounded by Asian pears and Honey crisp apples. The finish lingers long and soft, like the wafting aromas of grandma’s warm apple pie.

Winemaker's Notes:
Petite Sirah is known for its concentration and intensity, the 2015 vintage is no exception. Inky purple in the glass, this deeply colored wine resonates with juicy blueberries and hints of freshly turned earth. Succulent and savory notes of dark berries and roasted spices create a supple and mouth-filling texture. Aging in American oak for 12 months captures and concentrates the flavors, leading to a finish with chalky and chewy tannins laced with vanilla, toasted brown sugar and dark cocoa.
Pairs well with smoked lamb shoulder with rosemary, braised short ribs with blackberry barbecue sauce, and smoked Gouda cheese.

The deep ruby color indicates a luxe complexity, while aromas of black cherry, cassis and rich earth are abundant in this classic Cabernet Sauvignon. On entry, currants and black plums generously lead to a plush mouthfeel. There are ample tannins carrying the fruit to the long lingering finish. Aging for 12 months in 1-year-old American oak barrels created notes of baking spices, nutmeg and hints of caramel. - Winery

"Head-trained, dry farmed vines are prized for their production of small, concentrated clusters of grapes that produce incredibly rich and intense wines. For years, Bogle has sought out these gnarly old vines to create our Old Vine Zinfandel. Greeted with the viscous, ripe fruit of jammy blackberries hanging on sun warmed vines, this Zinfandel is enticing and aromatic. Weightier than previous vintages, there’s a sturdy structure that is saturated with dark fruits, laced with hints of lavender and savory herbs. Cracked peppercorns and spicy juniper round out the finish, tempered by 12 months
of aging in two-year old American oak.

Gorgeous in the glass, this Merlot is a perfect, everyday wine. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, this wine is delicious for just about any occasion and food pairing.
Pairs well with a margherita pizza, aged white cheddar cheese, and a cheeseburger.

"The Beringer Founders’ Estate Chardonnay is the perfect combination of pear, apple and ripe tropical fruit flavors, with a hint of citrus and a classically round mouthfeel. This Chardonnay will perfectly compliment a grilled chicken or fish, or stand up to a rich risotto with its ripe, clean flavors and lingering finish." Winemaker notes

A small percentage of the grapes were aged in seasoned French, Hungarian and American oak to add to the wine’s depth of flavor and lush mouthfeel. Beringer Founders’ Estate Chardonnay is from select vineyards throughout Central California and the North Coast.

Winemaker Notes:
The original. Medium-bodied with black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins. No wonder this Pinot is a favorite.

Pairs well with pastas with light tomato-based sauces, a juicy cheeseburger, grilled salmon, roasted pork tenderloin, or if you're not a cook, drink it on its own.

The deep, dark color of this wine creates an expectation of weight and purpose, however the Essential Red’s first impressions are subtle and nuanced. Faint notes of sweet garden mint and eucalyptus tantalize the senses, while hinting at the complexity yet to come. Upon the first sip, the rich, juicy mouthfeel takes over, expressive with flavors of blueberry and blackberry. After aging in American oak for 12 months, the wine finishes with round, plush and succulent flavors of baked cobbler the perfect dessert to end any day. Food pairing The Essential Barbecue Burger. "Zesty grapefruit, citrus, fig, and melon highlight our Sterling Vineyards Napa County Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from vineyards in the northern regions of Napa Valley. We cool-fermented most of the juice in stainless steel to capture the vibrant personality of these grapes, and used older, neutral oak barrels for the balance to enhance the wine's silky texture." Line 39' fruit-driven Pinot Noir has fresh fruit and herbal with rich flavors of raspberries and black cherries on the palate and soft, supple tannins.
This Pinot Noir pairs well with lamb, pork and pasta dishes.

Carnivor wine is a feast for the glass. Boldly blended Carnivor Cabernet is layered with notes of dark cherry, blackberry jam and perfectly toasted oak. - Winemaker Notes

Intensely ripe, jammy and toasty aromas and equally effusive fruit flavors make this full-bodied wine easy to enjoy. It seems to overflow with boysenberry and blackberry, and has a touch of wood smoke from oak.

Winemaker Notes:
Toasted oak and dark fruits introduce Beaulieu Vineyard's Coastal Estates Cabernet Sauvignon. Straightforward and well-balanced, it expresses blackberry and black cherry in equal parts to the toasty, vanilla-oak spices. For all its "black" character, the fruit remains bright and fresh, joined by subtle toffee-coffee notes. Juicy and long, the palate is structured by ripe, easy tannins. This is an enjoyable, pop-the-cork wine made for everyday occasions.

Irresistibly charming, our Chardonnay has gracious California style with vibrant fruit and supple texture. Crisp Gala apple, Bartlett pear and hints of pineapple are layered by lovely pie spices and toasty vanilla notes. The palate is long and round with rich viscosity that comes from partial malolactic fermentation and barrel aging. Clean, ripe citrus flavors extend the finish and add a refreshing lift to the rich fruit. A go-to Chardonnay, this wine has the perfect poise for any occasion. Pair it with grilled chicken, seafood or light pastas.

"There's 20 degrees difference between our northern and southern vineyards, though it's only 40 miles. So, whether grapes like it cool or warm, like our Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, they all grow up delicious. Color: Deep cherry red. Smell: Red berry and spice. Taste: Cherry, blueberry, vanilla. Pair: Grilled steak, pasta."

Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with vibrant aromas of grapefruit and lemon with subtle grassy characters and a crisp clean finish. This wine is a fine accompaniment to shellfish or on its own after a long day.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits rich fruit flavors of currant, blackberry and ripe plum with hints of black tea on the palate. The wine finishes with subtle, smooth tannins that don’t overpower this easy-to-drink Cab.

But it doesn’t stop there. They also bring you joy with hints of mocha, and exotic spiced kisses, which will linger on your lips. The supple, expressive taste with its long, flavorful finish intermingles with blackberry pastilles and hints of violet. Once you embrace the velvety Midnight Red Blend, you’ll reveal your deepest, darkest desires."

Our 2016 Merlot is ruby red in color. It opens with aromas of ripe cherry, Asian plum, and cranberry with hints of tea leaf, baking spice, mocha, and sweet oak. Flavors of dark, ripe cherry, marionberry, and plum follow with sweet brown sugar, English toffee, and mocha. The finish is soft and lingering. Enjoy this wine with rotisserie chicken, meat ravioli, grilled wild salmon, and herbed soft cheese.

Winemaker Notes:
"Aromas of apple pie, Bosc pear and white peach are accented with oak spice, a hint of vanilla, toasted nuts, and a touch of butterscotch and light caramel. This wine has the distinctive Sonoma-Cutrer balance between elegance and richness for a medium-bodied, mouth-filling wine. The creamy richness has flavors of ripe apple, pear, peach and melon balanced with a bright acidity with lots of finesse. There is a long, silky finish highlighted with notes of roasted nuts and barrel spice."

The wine was then aged sur-lies in French oak. Barrels were a mixture of new and one-year-old through neutral oak.

The Sonoma Coast is as much about lifestyle as it is about the celebration that this wonderful grape deserves. Our winemakers are selective about the fruit that goes into this wine to ensure that vintage after vintage, we are producing an exceptional Chardonnay. This wine has all of the elements of a classic Chardonnay. It is a wine you serve when you want to show people you care about them. Or, sometimes it’s just for you - because you have earned it.
