Agua Magica is a premium, sipping mezcal. It has aromas of cooked maguey, subtle smoke, bananas, and almonds. On the palate are fresh herbal notes along with cooked maguey, banana, almond, and caramel. It is soft and easy to drink. 40%abv

Hand-crafted in the village of Las Milpas overlooking rolling pastures and nestled among cornfields. Agave: Espadin. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of slate and tropical fruit, palate of citrus, lavender and pea shoots, with a long dry finish. ABV 46. - Producer's notes

Organic / Natural / Orange Wine

A co-ferment of Trebbiano 40%, Sauvignon Blanc 21%, Marsanne 19%, Chardonnay 10%, Colombard 6%, Viognier 4%. Skin contact. 12% abv. This is a serious medium-bodied orange wine that somehow remains delicate on the palate. Tangerine and marmalade notes up front with herbaceousness and tension on the finish.

JAJA small-batch reposado and is a blend of highland and lowland 100% Agave Azul. It is aged for six months in American Oak barrels. JAJA uses volcanic water sourced from springs at the distillery. It has notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, with a balance of agave and sweetness. This reposado won a double-gold medal at the San Francisco Spirit Awards in 2019. Gluten free. 40%abv

Yuu Baal Espadin Jovan is made from farm grown agave Espadin, and it is soft up front followed by a refreshing but vigorous intensity. Chile and mango on the nose, mild tropical fruits, spice and green chile flavors on the palate, and a long finish. An excellent value Mezcal.

Banhez Mezcal is produced by a co-op comprised of families from various villages in the Ejutla district of Oaxaca. They produce mezcal the same way it's been done by their ancestors for nearly two centuries.

Comprised of 90% Espadin and 10% Barril agaves, this mezcal is pleasingly mild, floral and fruity with notes of pineapple, banana. 47%abv

Los Amantes mezcal is an artisanal spirit made from 100% agave grown in Oaxaca [wah-ha-cah], Mexico's premium mezcal region. Los Amantes translates to The Lovers and It is considered by some to be one of the best mezcals from Oaxaca. The nose has light cucumber aromas and a salty, citrus fruit quality. The palate is complex with fresh citrus notes and a delicate smokiness. 40%abv

El Tesoro uses 100% estate grown agave, allowing the agave to grow longer than most to peak maturity and double distilling to proof without adding water after the final distillation. The anejo is aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for two to three years. The process imparts a strong influence of oak but retains a complexion of agave, with floral and pepper notes on the nose and palate. 95 Points - Beverage Testing Institute Awards 2020. 40%abv

100% agave tequila aged for 12 months in American oak barrels has a sensory profile that is unique in its class. Aromas: Sweet notes of coffee and nuts. Finish: Silky with an intense wood flavor and smoky tones. 40%abv

Aged for 7 months. Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish. Casamigos was co-founded by actor George Clooney.

Made from 100% blue agave, it is triple-distilled for smoothness, then rested in American Oak barrels for at least four months. 40%abv

Aroma: pepper, spice and herbs in balance with light oak character

While the majority of tequilas in this category are unaged (or aged briefly in stainless steel or in oak then filtered for clarity), this pale golden-hued one, made from 10 year old agave grown in Los Altos, Jalisco, is aged for 28 days in new French Limousin oak barrels - not quite enough time to become a reposado. Flavor contours are smooth and clean with notes of herbs, pepper and earth.
