The grapes are grown in the Veneto region of Italy, in an area near the Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.area, on the sloping hills just north of Treviso. Soil is alluvial with an important presence of clay.

On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with a finish of almond, typical of classic Garganega. Vin Soave is our entry-level wine and represents half of our overall production. We define it as ?€?a little luxury for everyday.?€? Classic, harmonic and intense wine. Ideal high-end wine by the glass: excellent quality/price ratio. All our vineyards are located in the Soave Classico area: hilly area with basaltic-volcanic soil. Minerality and field flower notes make the wine pleasant and intriguing, easy to match with food. 30 year-old vines develop complexity and balance. IT NEVER TIRES! 100% Garganega: this variety was introduced in the Classic area 2,000 years ago by the Romans. Vinification in stainless steel tank. A delicate, well-balanced Prosecco, showing a good blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate. Medium froth, with some body and a pleasant lemon and mineral finish. - WS90

This is a beautiful rose from Veneto, Italy, comprised of 60% Corvina, 35% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara. The color is extremely delicate but don?€?t let that fool you as this wine has quite the presence on the palate. Very well-balanced and structured with much more character to offer than the color suggests. The grapes are harvested about a week earlier than for the straight Bardolino to preserve freshness. The skin contact pre-fermentation is overnight. Varieties are all fermented together in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation is blocked. Aged on its lees until bottling in February.

This historic wine of the Veneto region, first made in 1964, is still a classic today. The wine is rich and luscious, with ripe notes of black plum, cherry and blackberry. These fruits are supported by herbal and deep earthy notes. The palate is sumptuous, rich and balances the earth and fruit notes with near perfection. The wine is well structured and overdelivers.

Pinot Grigio thrives in the Alpine air of northeastern Italy, and this version from Kris is no exception. The expression here is a little on the voluptuous side, with notes of honeysuckle, nectarines and almonds, and a nice citrusy tang on the palate that goes incredibly well with slices of nutty Fontina cheese. -- PJ

100% Pinot Grigio from 15 year-old, estate-grown vines planted in alluvial soils, rich in clay. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by a soft pressing, static clarification and fermentation exclusively with wild yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats at 18?C. The wine is kept on its fine lees for several months in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The lees are frequently stirred to add depth and texture. The wine is bottled without the addition of any sulfites whatsoever. The checkered label is meant as an homage to the tiled floor of St. Marks Basilica in Venice. - No Added Sulfites -

The grapes used in this classic example of Gavi grew in the shadow of ?€?Il Forte,?€? the iconic fortress that towers over the region?€?s namesake village. Cool temperature fermentation for 20 days, aging in steel through the winter months.
